Yes, I love this year's the most. Im not sure about this one, its a plastic badge.... or at least looks like it. I hate the badge. The gold is good though.

Na its not plastic, looks like it when in the light if you look at Lampard you can see it is the same as this years badge.

Cech finally has a decent kit too.

Personally I like this kit by the looks of things it is better than this years, the gold gives it that nice touch.

Seriously, it looks like plastic.

Out of curiosity, why is it gold? Have you won something nobody else knows about?

BTW, I'm not trolling, it just annoys me when teams change the colours of their kit for no reason.

I also think Cech should have a matching helmet, or maybe a golden one to go with the badge.

Not sure we understand your post. We change our kit every season, you can call it refreshment if you will, its a nice thing to do, and since when gold means victory?

Basically virtually every club changes kit to try and get fans to buy the latest one and get some income :P

You change your home kit every season? :O - Harsh.

I mean, why have you changed your colour from white to gold? Your centenary year was a while ago.

I cant believe we are talking about this. really. Gold is just a colour, not sure why you associate it with anniversary/centenary/victory and all that stuff. Its just a colour.

I think it is actually its hard to tell tbh, if you look at Chelsea megastore online it has a close up view.

Yea, I took a look at the megastore page, it still looks plastic to me :D anyway, if it is plastic, im not buying it, I'll wait for 13/14 season kit or next season's 2nd or 3rd kits.

Pretty sure they're not changing third kit I'll buy the home kit once I get the money but kits seem to be going up and up in price nowadays. Except Arsenal shirts they're going down in price lol.

Anyone heading to the megastore tomorrow to meet Torres? Was taking about going bt apparently you have to buy a shirt before you can meet him which is a **** take if you ask me.

Ivanovic appeal dismissed
Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic’s appeal against an FA charge for violent conduct has been dismissed.

The incident, which was not seen by the match officials but caught on video, occurred during his side’s game against Wigan at Stamford Bridge on Saturday 7 April 2012.

A Regulatory Commission heard the claim today and Ivanovic’s three match suspension will commence with immediate effect.

Good - if they'd have reversed their decision, or even listened to his appeal, there'd have been uproar.

Anywhere else and Ivanovic is getting done for assault.

EDIT: RE: The kit and colours - why is it gold? and before you say why do you associate it with winning something then why don't you say when you won the PL, why did you have a gold sleeve patch instead of the normal white one? It's like saying why do you associate red with anger.

Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice kit - much nicer than this years. Just annoys me that if Adidas can make something like that for you's, I wonder what they'd have done for us if we were still with them.

He is doing a signing in the megastore from 4 till 5 . But he will only sign cfc shirts with his name on and apparently you have to buy one before being able to get in line to meet him.nRemember before the Roman era there was a Zola signing and everything was free.

To celebrate London 2012 Olympics too.

LOL..

Because you are blue and white not blue and gold.. I'd be annoyed if Liverpool randomly made a red and gold kit instead of red a white. It just seems stupid.

And the reason I associate it with those things is because usually gold is used on kits because of those things.. For example, In 2006-07 [I think] Chelsea had a blue and gold kit to celebrate their centenary.

Anyway, was just wondering, just glad we aren't with Adidas anymore.

It is to celebrate the London 2012 which is something the club has backed hugely and even interviewed every player on their views on the Olympics and their memories on past Olympic games. I would assume our away kit will be white which is perfectly fine by me.

Lol. Adidas makes arguably the best kits. Not sure why you are happy.

Have to say the Chelsea top is nice but not as nice as your home top from this season.

Oh and I have read about the posts about the badge so here is a close up of the it
