Lukaku looked better today, didn't score but he did set-up JT's goal. He has potential, loan him next season for more first team football, would help him a lot!

My Line-up for Munich:

GK: Petr Cech
LB: Ashley Cole
CB: David Luiz
CB: Gary Cahill
RB: Jose Bosingwa

CM: Frank Lampard
CM: John Obi Mikel

RW: Daniel Sturridge
CAM: Juan Mata
LW: Kalou

ST: Fernando Torres

Defence pretty much picks itself. Mikel has been in fantastic form under RDM as opposed to Essien so he deserves to start. Malouda has been **** so Kalou is currently the lesser of the two evils. Didier Drogba in ahead of Torres because of his ability to rouse himself for the big games

I just hope RDM select the best XI possible for that game, and not select players because of their names but because how good their current form is. Seriously, this game will/can decide a lot of things for our future.

Probably his Chelsea managerial future as well!

If i was Roman Abrohimovich i would offer RDM the job if he wins the Cl and if he losses i would get another manager in under the condition that RDM got to stay as asisstant manager.

Hoping Luiz and Cahill are fit, defence then looks pretty solid otherwise we're in trouble. I'd also go with Didier over Torres going on big game form etc.

Let the rumour mill begin, already a Hulk to Chelsea article going round twitter. Personally I'd like us to take a few gambles such as Junior Hoilett/Muniain, a goalscorer and less of a gamble in a deep lying playmaker.

Junior Hoilett would be a good signing, would add excellent depth as well and not to mention would be cheap. A regista should still top our list of priorites this summer followed by a CAM and RB.

Would really depend on who we are shifting out.. Personally I would let go of Kalou/Malouda/Drogba/Bosingwa/Ferrreira who are either ****, deadwood, getting on etc.

Verratti, (who everyone knows from FM ironically) is picking up a lot of praise at the moment, hes been picked in the provisional squad for Euro 2012. I doubt Roman even knows who he is but I'd like to keep an eye on him as he's being labelled the next Pirlo. I'd guess he'll move to Inter/Juve/Roma/Milan but just thought I'd post as hes the type of player we need.

Going to Juve, I believe.

Hulk rumours are surfacinjg very quickly. If they are true then it is evident that Roman is taking matters into his own hands and breaking up the squad himself this summer

New kit is horrible by the way, looks like Liverpools with the gold. Ergh.

Hulk is but one foot in Chelsea. Agreement shall be final only when the player back from vacation.

Hulk's agent on twitter, don't know if its a fake account.

Fake or not, I wouldn't read much into it. Agents are leeches, whose primary aim is to make as much money as they can. They like to spread false stories to 'encourage' other clubs to up their offers. It is a transfer that would make sense for all parties though, but with Marin also joining, I would be a bit gutted if I was Daniel Sturridge

Doesn't make sense for Chelsea if the fee is still in the 40+ region..

But, despite his likely move to Juve, you're right. He would be perfect for us, especially Torres.

Watch this video, and look at some of the balls he plays; they're unbelievable. If only Torres had that type of service.

Going to be a good player, for sure. Would be great if we did make a move for him, but I doubt it. Seems he will join Juve. You never know though, he could get a chance at the Euros, and maybe we'll become interested...Don't get your hopes up though.

Teams such as Napoli, Bayern Leverkusen, Villareal, Marseille and Inter Milan will not be in the UCL next season. That means that if we do qualify there are some very interesting players we should be looking at. Azpilicueta from Marseille would be a very good signing to start things off. Quality Right-Back.

Andre Schurrle from Bayern Leverkusen is someone else we ought to be looking at. Cavani/Lavezzi/Hamsik would also be availiable

Once again, its not his job to do that. Our (future) manager must do that.

Exactly. No service whatsoever. Thats why we must first look for a DLP (passer) instead of another striker. Yes, we will need another striker possibly to replace Drogs, but our #1 priority must be a DLP (string-puller/passer).

Azpilicueta and Lavezzi would be amazing.

Does anybody want Pep taking the job, unlikely I know but he would be absolutely perfect in my opinion

Dreaming a bit? :P

I can't see him taking another job at all until the start of the 2013-2014 season at the earliest. Not sure if he would be perfect either because last time AVB tried (perhaps not the same but similar style) it all went wrong.
