What you are saying is very subjective... One example is that Marin publicly said he wanted RDM to remain manager despite having never played under him. Because he felt him and RDM were on the same wavelength and he liked what RDM wanted to bring to Chelsea
RDM done well but I am not sure if he is the right man for Chelsea, if anything he was probably appointed because Roman could not get a better alternative at the moment, my opinion.

That is not it at all, he and all 3 clubs had agreed terms. It was 100% down to him which club he chose.

He used the tactics which suited the squad he has at the time. He got sacked by West Brom because he tried to play expansive football with players not good enough to do it. If anything with the way he played last season just shows how great a coach he is being able to play a system which is not his.
