Wishful thinking? Why would I be wishfully thinking that RDM did not get the job? Makes no difference to me at all. Eden Hazard was brought up by Alcaraz not me, I am glad he never came to United.

Oh and for your knowledge, there is a difference between someone with the reputation of RDM and then someone like SAF/Mourinho/Wenger for example.

If Hazard ended up at Utd you would have been as chuffed as we were. Reputation has nothing to do with it when you are managing a club like Chelsea, who i'll remind you are Champions of Europe! Chelsea have been a decent club for around 14 years and a big club for about 8 of them and getting bigger every year. Even if Gary Glitter was in charge people would want to play for this football club.

Your glad he never came to United? Oh please you would have jizzed if he did...

Their is but again it's subjective. I highly doubt every player in the world wants to play under Wenger for example. And seriously please do not put Wenger in the same bracket as Ferguson and Mourinho...

You assume I would? No I would not, the way he went about it was all wrong and we did not really need him, Kagawa/Nani/Young/Valencia.

Not only this but I hate how ridiculous his wages are just for what he has done in a very average French league, United were better off looking elsewhere, to be honest I am suprised Fergie remained interested.

A lot of people in the United thread said we didn't particularly want Hazard.

And Wenger is hugely respected in football, and almost every young talent that comes through, whether Arsenal are interested are not, state how much they'd love to work with him.

Kagawa for half the wages and third of the transfer fees leaving us with the cash to buy a world class midfielder and a back up LB. So yeah, pass on Hazard.

I was not just referring to any old player, I was referring to top players, manager reputation makes a difference, for example could you see Thiago Silva even considering going to PSG if Ancelotti was not there? Personally I couldn't.

You would still have been ecstatic at getting Hazard... Don't try to dodge the issue at hand.

Very arrogant of you. You do know PSG were leading the League under a unknown manager until Ancelloti took over and they ended up second

Average French League?

From 3 weeks ago, before Chelsea were even interested and we were looking favourites:

Would much rather have Kagawa and save the £30m in transfer fees and half the wages and invest that into the midfield further. The difference between Kagawa and Hazard buys a world class ball winner with change.

I sound just ecstatic at the prospect, don't I?

Ironically though, you liked this post. How things change, huh?

The French league is not average at all, for him to win the player of the year twice before he was 21 and in a season where his side did not even win the league just tells you all you need to know. And the fact Chelsea, City and Utd were after him do you question all them clubs judgement then?

At the time before he made his choice i am on about, the Kagawa deal was not anywhere near done etc. You would have been happy either way.

Could you see Thiago Silva going to PSG if they wearn't run by a billionaire??? Hazard could have chose to work with the best manager to ever live in Ferguson or a world wide legend in Mancini but chose Chelsea. Hulk also wants to move to Chelsea as does Modric, no struggle here mate.

you don't understand what I am saying. Zzeezy said he is happy you did not get Hazard and says he is glad yMan Utd I'd not get him while I am arguing that every Man Utd fan would have been very happy if you got Hazard because he is a gat player who can truly become something special

And I am sure Ferguson understands the need to shore up other areas of the pitch. The fact that he still went after Hazard despite the transfer fee should tell you something...

I understood that perfectly fine, and I'm saying that not every United fan wanted him as you imply. I fail to see the difficulty to understand that. Just because he's a great player doesn't mean I'd be very happy if we got him, there are other players who are also great players we could spend that money on who I would rather sign.

Ok I understand what you are saying. All I am saying is that it's not like Man Utd fans would have been sad at getting him as zzeezy implies
