You've watched 1800 hours of the same game?!

I'm a student and on my summer off, and even I don't have that kind of time!

I reckon I have watched the full 120 mins + pens around 7-8 times and highlights of the game an extra 12 times.

Internacional may say that they want to make the sale of Oscar the ‘biggest transfer deal ever in Brazilian football’, but the playmaker’s agent has told Sky Sports that talks are no longer taking place with Chelsea.

That means Madrid? Or is there someone else in for him.

If the story of us pulling out of the Oscar deal is true then I think it means one of 3 things will happen.

1. We will sign Luka Modric
2. We will sign another player of that ilk i.e Moutinho etc
or 3. We are seeing how McEachran does in pre-season

This also paves the way for Oscar to be Modric's replacement at Spurs if they choose.

Or it could be (and i suspect is more likely) you simply refuse to pay silly money for him.

I never said that wasn't the case, just stating the other options one of which will more than likely happen.

In what has been one of the on-off transfers of the summer so far, Sky Sports Newsunderstands Chelsea have now agreed a £25million deal in principle to sign Brazil international Oscar.

This transfer window is doing my nut in rotten lol.

Looks like Oscar to Chelsea is complete. Quite happy with this signing to be honest.

We are overpaying for Oscar if the deal is really happening at that price. I can only hope the people upstairs know what they are doing in regards to FFP

If it's that 25m then only 5m of it will be counted towards FFP this year so it's not so bad. Still it adds up and I'm not sure do Torres, Mata and rest of the deals which were made after 2010 count towards FFP. If they do then it's starting to become a problem.

Bah, I'm sure the club keeps an eye on FFP and they know more or less how much they can pay.

No point overpaying for players in any case. Hopefully he is on a sensible 60-70k p/w deal. Dont think FFP is a major problem as of yet in Chelsea because we have been working towards improving our finances for the past 3-4 years now but their is still a lot of work to be done

Obviously but it still makes no sense whatsoever to pay over the odds for a youngster. If its someone like Modric, its still understandable

The club seems to be oscillating between making top-notch bargains such as the purchase of Marin and then goes to the other extreme by paying 25m for a 20 year-old
