Me too, so much. I thought I had a bad man crush on him when he was at Lille and I wanted him to join us SO MUCH (a little too much – if he'd have joined another Prem club I would have possibly cried). Now he's here my man crush has become worse. I didn't think it was possible. Still, 'no ****', of course…

There's nothing wrong with being gay, you know. And we're a gay friendly community... just come out of the closet, you're gonna feel a lot better!

Jokes apart, he is one **** of a player, and seems pretty unselfish too. Sometimes players feel they have to be always on the spotlight to live up to their pricetag, and this one doesn't seem to be the case.

Alot of Chelsea fans are annoying me with Torres basically thinking its fine if he didnt play too well he scored. I still think Torres needs to imrpove he has not looked too great these opening two prem games yes he scored tonight but it was an easy tap in and plus he was offside so got pretty lucky. He has 2 goals in his last 3 appearces so he is scoring which is good but I still want to see an improvement in his performances.

Bit harsh tbf. Times I've seen him he's been getting in the right positions, making the right runs but no-one gives him the service-like tonight. don't know what more he can do if he's being starved of service

Eden Hazard's Premier League games: 90 passes of 101 (89%), 41/47 attacking third passes, 3 assists, 7 chances created, 2 penalties won.

People dont seem to understand that without the proper service you can't score, plus, how good he is, they judge by his goals (only).

Okay, I'm … not gay. I'm sorry to disappoint ;) And of course there's nothing wrong with it, I have no problem with gay people. Well, maybe some, but that's the same with people that aren't gay.

And back to football … Yes, this may sound strange, but he's being too unselfish at times, for me. I'm glad he laid off Ivanović at the end because it pretty much guaranteed a goal, but there were other occasions I wish he'd have shot (or taken a few people on, etc.), and if he was at Lille, he would've. But, once he's been at Chelsea a while, I'm sure we'll see more of a selfish side come out, but at the right times.

Personally, I just reckon he's trying to make a good first impression. It's far better to be tagged as too unselfish rather than too selfish, and it leaves a good feeling amongst your teammates as well.

Also, am I right in thinking Brana Ivanovic has a 100% scoring record this year? Tank.

At times on the ball he just seems dodgy to me looses it easily at times and I dont know if its just me but sometimes it seems when one thing doesnt go his way he has a little sulk and doesnt really try for a little while. But mind you if he keeps scoring I am happy 2 goals in 3 games this season so far I am confident he can finish the season on atleast 15 goals.

Brana is joint top scorer in the premier league ;)

First of all i want to say really well played to Reading, with exception of the first 5-10 mins that is one of the best away performances i have ever seen at Stamford Bridge. The 1st goal was an absolute delight to watch and although i was ****** off i actually said wow, what a goal so really well played. 2nd half was one way traffic though but last season we would have struggled to break them down so it's encouraging to see us score 3 in one half and come from behind. Eden Hazard......WOW. This man was written off by many critics for being arrogant and a possible flop (mainly because of his transfer fee) but he is showing why we paid so much for him and why all the top sides wanted him. If you count winning pens as an assist which i do he has assisted 5 of our 6 goals this season and the 4th today where he gave it to Brana showed great maturity from a lad who is just 21. Oscar looked very bright too when he came on and one thing which is encouraging is that he will get stuck in which goes against the critics sterotyping quote "will he be able to handle the physicality of the English game" (have they even watched the Brazilian league, at times it's ******* brutal). Lampard was sloppy today i felt and Torres had a very bright start and average game overall but scoring a goal is a good start. Apart from the one greedy go at goal when he should have passed i though Sturridge's passing range was sensational and thought he done ok.

It's not really about his performance or about him scoring 20-30+ goals for me. It's about him contributing and the most important one for me scoring vital goals. Today was a vital goal putting us 3-2 up and normally the first goal is a vital goal and he has just 2 first goals to his name since he joined us (Swansea and City). Goals will come from everywhere in the side with players like Ramires, Hazard, Lampard, Oscar, Sturridge, Marin and more.

Lol wat. The Brazilian league is the most protected by its refs in the entire world, bar none. Defences play deep and control space rather than press aggressively. Tackles are light and commonly made whilst both parties are standing. There is a cultural acceptance and even encouragement of diving. There's a reason why the likes of Neymar have ripped Brazilian defences to shreds and relatively struggled in meaningful internationals. There's much less time, much less space, and more pertinently much less protection from referees in football outside Brazil, and particularly in the high-octane, physical English leagues.

I'm not saying that the stereotype should be encouraged, but I am saying there's a **** of a lot more truth to it than there usually is in footballing stereotypes.

I think it depends what games it is, i have seen many games in the Brazilian league where tackles have been atrocious. I remember seeing a game a few years ago believe it was Palmeires vs Corinthians (not sure) and there was 5 yellows in like 15 mins and i was shocked. I know a lot of players are protected and it's one of the reasons people debate whether Neymar could survive in the PL because he goes down way too easy. But i think there are strong challenges in Brazil and a lot of mistimes challenges.

Right, except 5 yellows in 15 minutes doesn't necessarily denote higher levels of aggression. It could - and, in fact, does - illustrate quite nicely how well protected the players are by the referees.

The old stereotype about the English game being the physical game is well documented and also entirely true. It's just how it is, and it helps explain why Brazilians fail where the Scandinavians, for instance, don't.

I think it's mainly the culture shock more than anything personally. The 5 yellows were all justified and borderline reds for a couple of them.

Cech has been very bad at the Euros, and now this, if he doesn't get his game together looks like there'll be a problem at the last position anyone would expect pre-season.

The link-up play between Mata and Hazard was delightful at times.... Very excited. Mata put in a good shift and Hazard was tremendous again. Should have got his name on the scoresheet when he went 1-on-1 with the keeper after Mata's through ball. Also his selfless play in teeing up Ivanovic is good stuff

Hopefully we can bring in another 3 points in a tough fixture vs Newcastle

Well maybe you shouldn't have loaned out Courtois, he's quality. But yeah, Cech has been pretty balls.
