I said they need a player like Hernandez. But he is unique and SAF wont sell him, therefore chelsea need the next best thing. Falcao. As for learning roles I know Mikel is a def mid. Essien and Bender are better than him

Essien and Bender being better than Mikel does not make him average.

How is Hernandez unique? He and, to just pick one player off the top of my head, Jermain Defoe are pretty similar. Or even Darren Bent, minus a little pace. Or perhaps even KJ Huntelaar, again minus a bit more pace. Saying Falcao - best out and out striker in the world - isn't as good as someone who isn't even starting for United is ridiculous.

Oh my god guys, he knows what a defensive mid is! Unfortunately, he hasn't recognised Essien ISN'T a defensive mid and thus comparing him to Mikel is retarded.

Yeah because Defore and Bent are just as good as Hernandez... They are similar types of players but they are no where near on his level. Chelsea don't need Falcao. They have already got Mata, Hazard, Oscar to create chances they need someone to finish them. With FFF coming in I dont know how much more Chelsea can spend on wages and Falcao would be 150k a week min.

Well I have not seen much of Bender so I can't comment on him but Essien don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of him he was my favorite Chelsea player at one point and when fit he is fantastic but due to the injury problems he has suffered through out his career and his age I would much rather rely on Mikel.

jermain defoe no were near hernandez's level have you not watched spurs this season? are you a bit special or blind?

Nowhere near? Defoe's been on fire this year. Moreover, I didn't suggest them as signings, I just pointed out they were similar types of player.

As a box-to-box midfielder and, amusingly, as a left back three times.

Nowhere near on his level?
Bent may not have the pace or technical skills of Hernandez but he's just as clinical in the box.
Defoe isn't much different either, he's failed a bit on an international level but when played in the right system he scores and scores well.

Hernandez may do more with the ball but he doesn't score or create anymore goals then the other two, Defoe even creates more.
