I think you're confusing the sport hazard plays with rugby. He may be an athlete at the top level but that really doesn't mean he's going to have really strong arms. He probably weighs less than the ball boy.
The ball boy is clearly a bit of a **** but I don't think you can say he had it coming.

That's not true at all. Have you ever met footballer who plays anywhere at this level? Guys like Mata or Hazard may *seem* flimsy when you see them in the TV fighting all those huge defenders, but if you'd run into them just on the street, you'd see they are actually in great shape. There is no way Hazard would have trouble getting the ball while using both hands (which he tried before he resorted to kicking) if this was just wimpy defenseless primary school child.

To clarify, i'm not trying to say its fine to kick all the kids as long as they weight more then 60 kilos, but lets not try to make it sound like Hazard massacred a newborn.

Marin would have been something different rather than his usual like for like too late in game subs.

Marin , frankly , just isn't very good. On paper, yes, he'd be perfect impact sub: technically gifted, with great speed and agility. But its been tried and he literally contributes nothing. His ability to read the game seems quite subpar.

I'm sure they're in fantastic shape but I just didn't think that the type of strength footballers have really helps you in that situation. I'm sure if it was a child he could get it but so could anyone.
I've sidetracked myself really, my main point was that however annoying he was being I don't think he had it coming.

Absolutely embarrassing from Chelsea over the 180 minutes and Swansea fully deserved it. And anyone suggesting what Hazard done was right or not that bad is wrong and think about it again properly without making the performance/result cloud your judgement! Absolutely shameless from Hazard and i'd be surprised if the FA didn't extend his ban, just when you thought the club couldn't be more hated. These things only happen at Chelsea FACT! Made it far to easy for Swansea, Chelsea attack through the middle - Breaks down - Swansea break and keep hold of possession (repeat). And then when the changes needed to be made 2 of his 3 subs were like for like subs.......SERIOUSLY YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO QUESTION WHETHER HE IS HERE TO **** US UP? Is this what you wanted Roman?
Errm, Eric Cantona?

lol, I would bend Hazard over my knee...ramires...is a stick.

Can they run 10 miles and have a low body fat percentage...sure.

I'd **** myself if Drogba came at me but I've seen bigger girl scouts than Chelsea's midfield.

I was a little surprised when John Terry Rushed over in full kit and raised the ball boy triumphantly over his head...

Running isn't all they do though, is it? Its a contact game, if you don't work on upper body at all, you'll be spending 99% of time lying on the grass **** up. But i'm not saying Hazard would straight up murder Klitschko brothers with one hand, just pointing out that defenseless kid couldn't prevent him from grabing the ball, as this one did.

If Hazard could bench 150 pounds, I'd be impressed. And it's not really hazard's game to push off people, which is really the only upper body muscle movement that would be of any use in soccer.

Core strength has much more to do with balance than upper body.

but anyway. Hazard never had a hand on the ball, not sure how you can say he could just rip it from his hands. What should he have done, pick the boy off the ground and then wrestled for the ball like a jump ball situation in basketball? I think he tried kicking at the ball. If anyone needs disciplined, it's the arrogant spoiled rotten baby of a boy, not hazard.

The ball boy was obviously going to time waste. The same would have happend if Chelsea were 2-0 up and at Stamford bridge. But a professional footballer should not show coolant conduct. Hazard and lampard should've just had a quick chat with the ref appealing for extra stoppage time.

Good news for Charlie Morgan at least; after seeing him keep possession of the ball for more than 10 seconds, then feign an overly dramatic injury in a bid to get his opponent sent off, Liverpool have launched a £30m bid for the wonderkid.
