I tell you one thing. The next manager that comes in (if any want to) will have my genuine sympathy. I've never seen such an absolute mess (managerial wise) at a club in all the 30 years I've followed football. It's just absolutely ludicrous. God help the next gaffer is all I can say. I do have a soft spot for the club because of the players I've got to see in the past, but it's beyond a joke now it really is.
Don't keepers routinely have the worst pass completion in the team? With all their goal kicks and clearances counting as attempted passes they always end up with low pass completion stats. The worst statistic there is easily the Ivanovic one. More than every other pass failing to reach a team mate is a fairly embarrassing rate for a professional footballer.
Correct. Cech's average pass success % in the Prem is 58.2. Hardly a huge departure from the norm.
Ivanovic's is definitely terrible though: consider his average is 84.4%, and it really puts into perspective how bad it was. Illustrates my point as to why there's nobody to blame, everyone was equally awful.

I agree mate but as I have not seen the game it's hard to tell if it's unfair on him. Were his team making moves/ space/ runs for him. If nobody is giving him an option then I can understand the lower ratio.

Trust me mate with Rafa the majority would never be on board regardless of the results. At least we are consistent in that.
I agree but not when you see where these "passes" are going. I have been shouting about this for weeks because all his kicks go straight out of play!
No its the fans fault for the defeat mate......... The 600 odd who all booked flights and accomadation to Amsterdam after their first leg success vs Bucharest only to find them over turning the tie so then having write off the Amsterdam trip and money spent on it to go to Bucharest instead. Dam you fans!!!

Don't feel too sorry for the next gaffer mate. They work for 6 months on mega bucks, get sacked without reputation being ruined and then get a huge pay off. Best job in the world if you ask me.

Can't believe i didn't pick up on this yesterday but why the **** was Moses allowed to stay at home to make sure he was "fit" for Sundays game? He played around 15 minutes on Saturday? Hazard played 77 and Oscar the full game?

We didn't fire Jose actually, was a mutual agreement lol. Forced him out yes but not fired him.
