Salah, that boy is quick! Really happy for him to get a goal. Axpilicueta was brilliant as usual. It honestly won't be a stretch to say he is the best full-back in the world at the moment. Hazard was rather quiet but the fact that we can win 6-0 without him performing is good to see. Samuel Eto'o is a champion, nuff said. Hope we can win an EPL medal for him to add to his glittering career

Well played today. The ref's comedy moment will deflect away the attention from Chelsea's amazing game, unfortunately.

I'm amused by all the people who said that Jose's comments would make Eto'o play worse. It seems to have lit a fire beneath him.

He burnt Gibbs today, for the first goal. That sending off probably saved him from more embarrassment.

That was only good thing to come out of Villa game, he looked lively.

And in last two games, he hasn't only been taking shots, but has been playing fair few through balls and creating chances for others.

Anyone heard anything on Eto'os injury? Hopefully he is back as soon as possible. Him being able to sit in the stands and watch the second half was a bit of a good sign.

Well me and couple of pals are having a blast. Cheers for that win fellas! Whiskey has never tasted this ******* good.

At last i have time to look back on the game and my first thought and my main one during the game was just "LOL". I actually couldn't stop myself from laughing at A) How poor Arsenal were and B) How ruthless we are.
Soon as i saw the line-up and saw Matic and Luiz in the middle and Eto'o upfront i was very confident but did not expect this beyond my wildest dreams!

I must say Jose is an absolute diamond and anyone who felt otherwise is being proved wrong. Are we sensational for 90 minutes week in week out? No! Do we need to be? No! There is no manager better in this game who can get a side to play ruthlessly for 20minutes of a game kill the game off and then rest for the other 70minutes. There is no wonder why Jose sides still are able to maintain these massive results/performances and win trophies come the end of the season because players are genuinely fitter.

Massive shout out to Azpi, Matic, Luiz and Schurrle for me today who were all outrageously good! I personally think the red card was harsh on both teams because for me it wasn't a red card as he was not denying a goal stopping opportunity but it was also harsh on us because instead of a very good player in Chamberlain going off a very average player in Gibbs went off!

I caught a tad of BBC5live earlier and there was a Gooner on the phone moaning to Savage and Fletcher that Jose did not shake Wenger's hand after the game and didn't say anything about this 1000th game in his programme notes. I ask the question does it even matter that much! 1000 is just another number and in my eyes 1 more to the number to which he should count his blessings for still being employed by Arsenal!

As i said earlier what a performance, what a win and what a team we support to give us days like today! My god i ****** love this football club! Happy 1000th game Arsene, hope you enjoyed it as much as i did

UTC!

Oh god, this history of Wenger on MotD, with him smiling and happy, is making this even sweeter (if that's was possible)

Didn't say anything about this 1000th game in his programme notes.

Will Arsene congratulate Jose for winning 6-0 next time they meet? Exactly.

Also after I we saw Mancini and Sherwood's high line being exploited at the Bridge recently, I was shell shocked to see Wenger use the same high line.

You give Chelsea the space to counter, this is what happens.

The most important thing now is to put the foot on the gas. 6 of our remaining 7 games are against teams in the bottom half of the table which we must must win. Our record against big teams is incredible so I fancy us to get a draw at Anfield which is the only 'big' game we have left. If we can put a bit of distance between us and City, say 3 points before we head to Anfield ... I'll be celebrating the title

Oh and while it would be nice to get past PSG ... Focus should be on the title. Next season with Matic eligible to play in the CL and a top-class striker, we will be a legitimate European force again just like the first Mourinho reign. In short, catch us if you can!

I gotta say, the Matic/Luiz axis really is impressive. Just goes to show that when you pair Luiz with someone who is positionally mature and a proper defensive midfielder, the freedom it allows him is lethal. Luiz is a poor defensive midfielder, but he's a properly dangerous box-to-boxer.

It certainly puts a lot of question marks over the future of Mikel tbh. Look Mikel is a good player but he is a very limited player. I can certainly see Lampard and Mikel leaving in the summer allowing Mourinho to get in a new CM. With Van Ginkel returning as well, think CM will finally be a relatively strong position for us next season

I feel Ramires might be more expendable than Mikel if Luiz is moved to midfield.

I was one of the ones who was only having Luiz at centre back not midfield but my reasoning for that was always that he didn't have the right partner along side him. Now it seems as if he does.

I honestly think the chances of Jose selling Ramires is close to zero. Jose loves players like Ramires
Yes, definitely. And if Luiz plays in midfield, he'll play in Ramires role of harassing the opposition. With more strength, better balance and ability to pass. So there's that.

He can not play the role Mikel plays, Anchor man, solid and silent as ever. Doesn't do fancy tackling or passing. IF he's happy with squad role, he'll stay since no one can play the role he does. Matic comes closest.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mikel was retained. He's limited, but that type of player can be really really useful if you're trying to defend a lead. He's quite a Jose player in that respect.

True ... Although it seems Lampard is definitely gone which is good tbh. Terry deserves a new contract. Can see Ashley Cole departing as well
