Courtois was fantastic though. He is settling in very nicely compared to other foreign goalkeepers who come here in their first season. We will see the best of him next season no doubt

Only just got in from the game. I was out for near on a full 24 hours to watch that pile of ****. Liverpool deserved the win and if it wasn't for courtois could of scored another 2 or 3.
 
Just watched the game with sky comnentary for the first time and I have to say Quinn wasn't biased towards Liverpool at all was he.
 
Also love how delighted the commentators sounded when sterling equalised haha.

I dont think he was - There wasn't exactly much to talk about regarding Chelsea as on the night they were poor

I Expect a completely different performance in the second leg

Think he was being a ***** at times but I agree we were dreadful. How Ivanovic and Cahill are still being picked on a regular basis I will never know.
 
On a right rant today one more thing but Mourinho can **** off too slagging off our support once again. Maybe if the club stopped banning and telling off supporters for celebrating goals and stopped selling half the tickets to tourists our support would be better.

I hate the little hitlerite stewards at Stamford Bridge "Can you sit down please?" Uh no I'm supporting my team! But what Mourinho says about our support only applies at home but that's down to all the corporate seats and tourists etc, away from home our support is superb and always has been.
 
Pretty much every clubs away supporters are better, unless you're wigan of course.
 
As for Schurrle and Salah leaving, I would be happy to see them go. Schurrle has been extremely disappointing for me and in general when Mourinho gives him a chance he just doesn't perform and the same goes for Salah, but Salah has never looked like Chelsea material anyway. Also Willian's performances haven't been the greatest lately so I can understand why Mourinho want's Cuadrado. But it'd be interesting to see a stat of were the majority of our goals are conceded/ assisted from as well because I guarantee that most have come down the right-hand side of our defence where Brana and Cahill are, also the effect Mikel has on our stats when he plays (I bet it isn't good).

Cuadrado is very frustrating player you will find. Very much like Nani one second he can turn it on the next will be like bull in a china shop. Plus Nani is better dribbler than Cuardrado.

I can't say I've seen too much of him, the WC was the first time I've actually watched him play to be honest. But once again us Chelsea fans just have to trust in Mourinho's decisions, after all he's been right with everything so far.
 
Not sure why we are spending money on another attacking midfielder when we could clearly use some quality at CB ... Although hard to find quality CB's in January

Selling Schurrle and loaning (?) Salah would balance it more or less out and just leave you one squad place open for a another new potential signing. So actually you'd probably be making money on this arrangement taking into consideration salaries etc.
