Good on salah doing so well! Showed he did have the talent at Basel and how could he show it at chelsea from the bench and just the odd capital one cup appearance? When he was getting league games when he first signed he didn't look too bad tbh and contributed with a couple of goals.

I'd like to see Chelsea sign a right sided defender and maybe some one who is alot like Ballack in midfield, that man was immense at Chelsea

I check up on the loaned players from time to time, and found this interesting fact:
Bertrand Traore played 9 games as a striker for Vitesse this season, scoring 7 and assisting 2. 13 games in other positions with 1 goal and 1 assist. I loved this kid since I first saw him play. Really hope he makes it at Chelsea.

I'm sure I read the other day he would be going out on loan again next season. Better than being sold. Looked good when I seen him, will he make it at Chelsea I'm not so sure.

I agree, I hope Chelsea will lend him another season to Vitesse. Think that's best for everyone and at the moment the Eredivisie seems like a great lift-off point for strikers. Bony got his form in the Eredivisie and so did Pelle (also Luuk de Jong is getting back into form).

If Jose had the transfer window LVG had in his first season, he would have won the league at a canter. Goes to show what a brilliant job he did in his 1st season with the constraints he had (No midfield till Matic came in and no striker)

Although on paper our squad last season was not as strong as city's we still had a squad capable of winning the premier league and we should of done tbh. The team we had was more than capable of beating teams like west Brom, West Ham, Sunderland and Norwich at home but we failed to do so and that's what cost us lifting the title last season. It's great having the likes of cesc and Diego now who have improved us massively but our squad last season was still very good they just bottled it when it most mattered.

I don't think they were very good tbh. No striker and completely unbalanced midfield. The fact that we got close enough to bottle it is more a testament to Jose's managerial abilities rather than any intrinsic ability of the team

I agree not having a regular scoring striker is what really hurt us most. Having matic the whole of last season and a Diego Costa most likely would of seen us win the league.

Disgusting reaction from the Chelsea players. Mourinho has taught them well bringing his Real Madrid tricks over.

Chelsea are not to blame in the slightest but the referee has made a terrible decision which has probably ended this game
