My initial reaction in real time was that it was a reckless tackle from Zlatan on second view definitely not a red, not sure on the refs angle on the challenge.

Chelsea are not to blame in the slightest but the referee has made a terrible decision which has probably ended this game

Did you even watch? The reaction from Oscar was worth an Oscar, and the rest of the Chelsea players were acting like he's been slaughtered. If anything, that challenge deserved a yellow card. To Oscar.

Lolwut, you tell me which team's players wouldn't react like that in football nowadays?

As Gary Neville said, you would react in that sense if you believe someone has gone in with two feet

The referee had made his mind up before this happened regardless

At second look ref made up his mind before hand. But was shocking decision, how Oscar was not booked only god knows!

In football? None. Only synchronized swimming teams could manage to pull that reaction.

Maybe the ref would if he thought so, yeah, but why would Oscar? He hit Ibra at least as hard as Ibra hit him, it was a 50/50 challenge and Ibra pulled his feet back before he hit him.

But I'll agree with one thing though, Kuipers is having an awful match so far. Just missed a clear penalty for Chelsea.

Courtois making corner duty look simple tonight

Not only did he easily claim that last one, but he started a quick counter and put Matuidi in a ****** situation. He's been a bit dodgy with his quick throws/kicks this year so it's good to see him getting a real grip on counter attacking distribution.

I meant the players would react in that way if they believed he had... It was a poor decision and a nothing tackle. Arguably a foul could have gone either way let alone a card for either player

So you're saying the entire Chelsea team "thought" he went in with two straight feet, or what? Don't they have eyes? They were obviously just trying to influence the ref, we all know it.

You honestly think United, Liverpool, or any other teams players would go to the ref and tell him it wasn't a foul, and he should book their teammate, because clearly he is overreacting?

Meh, Bayern already 2-0 up, this game is pointless, think I'll skip tonight's CL altogether. :(

That's for providing the proper nuances here, it's so refreshing to see something else than the ordinary black and white.

True, you'd never see the same sort of behavior from Liverpool, or Real, or Barca, or Bayern, or City, or United, or Arsenal, or PSG, or Juve etc etc. I'm not saying that it's not a ****** thing but it's an odd thing to dislike us for considering everyone else does it.

How can you not blame Chelsea for that reaction? JT reacting as if he's just saw Oscars bone sticking out of his leg waving the physios on. The same Oscar who's sprinting around the pitch now. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Oh I'd see it from Real and Barca alright, and I have. Just listen to what Souness just said in studio, he mentioned those exact two teams. I stopped watching El Clasico because of it. They're ******* pathetic.

wish I could but I got Terry, Courtois, Gotze, Muller and Boateng playing tonight in my champs league I-team I am in a very tonight mini league and not far off top in the full thing. Both games will be wank now though but I will take a Gotze Hattrick please Pep
