Also Griezmann was in London yesterday. I've seen reports saying that we've already reached a verbal agreement with him ahead of a summer transfer and that Marina Granovskaia was directly involved in the negotiations. I hope these rumours are true, he'd be the perfect signing for us.

Big transfer fee and wages likely. Slimy agent advising him and our recent record of buying Liverpool players has been terrible

On the other hand, young player with undoubted potential and English to boot. Wouldn't mind it either way tbh

Since it was from about four years ago I'm amazed he wasn't somehow shoehorning Vidal into the conversation. ;)

Is he necessary? He's a **** of a player, people seem to forget that, and at Chelsea he'd probably get more rest than at Liverpool, but with Chelsea's current array of attacking midfielders it hardly seems worth it, especially when Chelsea are otherwise doing so well with FFP.
 
Don't forget they're relaxing the ffp rules, wish as an lfc fan u think id be worried, i hate the ffp rules because i don't think u should be punished for being lucky or clever for finding minted owners.

Someone just asked me on a Utd Forum about this. I said defo not. Hes been really poor since his last major injury, poors being nice tbh. Add to that he cant get in CM even ahead of Pepe or Ramos. Then the small fact of the 175-200k he wants. I would be happy you signed him! Looks like he Juve bound.

He probably isn't being played because of internal politics. He explicitly said that actually in a recent interview

Wold have to seriously tone down his wages for me. And he is not quality imo. I have watched all his matches this season, and I would say he has regressed as a player. Big reason not many clubs after him.

This season he has been bad but that's because of internal politics and injuries plus it's not like anyone in the Madrid team really set the world alight apart from Ronaldo

Like you said if his wage demands aren't too bad then I'd be happy to have him. Vastly experienced and talented player, yes he might have his injury problems but considering he'd come on a free I think it'd be worth the risk. Khedira could only add to the depth of our squad. Reminds me a bit of the Ballack deal (Although Ballack was better than Khedira is now).

Depends on his wage demands really ... Would prefer Schneiderlin myself
 
Khedira seemss to be a victim of Madrid's backroom politics more than anything else. Perez wants marketable pretty white boys who will move tshirts, not a hairy german who looks like he came straight from Hobbit set.

And I doubt his poor performances were due to injuries, under Ancelott he never really got the run of games to get into match rhythm. Under Mourinho he was always excellent, and here he would playing for Mou again, so...
