he should be reaching 30. no deal since he'll start declining soon. try carlos fierro, erick torres or look out for regens instead.
 
If in the First Season and can invest 6m then go for Sime Vrsaljiko or Wallace (4.5m release clause if u dont use any updates) also kyle naughton is a good option if u r a Mid Table team with Decent Budget....If u are a top team then try to get Danilo from porto or Corchia from Sochaux....

You could try looking at Luis Diego. He plays for Velez in the Argentinian Premier Division. I believe he is 17 in the first season and has a potential of 4.5.

i have corhia and jenkinson. i was thinking of gino peruzzi also. I noticed that good full backs are the hardest to find in fm.

18million, And what you said about the passing, I specifically put in passing and he came up haha, also he would add more depth to my midfield only have about 4-6 at best per season so 13 mill should be a deal yes?

Other Info: So I finished 5th last season, qualifying for the Europa League. I play a 4-1-2-1-2 with wingbacks and I'm searching for a young, talented advanced playmaker for the CAM position. I have £25mln but I will most likely need around £10-15mln for a new left wing-back, and so I found these two guys and agreed deals for both. The first one, Verre, has great stats that suit an advanced playmakers (creativity, passing) and had a decent last season averaging a 7.13 with Genoa. The second one, Camara, seems like the more pacy player that will take on defenders, and he averaged 7.45 while on loan at Wigan last season and was runner-up for the young player of the year award and costs £1mln less and asks for slightly lower wages. I'm having a great dilemma deciding on which on to choose, any advice appreciated.
