Looks a fantastic player. Work on his pace, acceleration, anticipation and decisions and he could become world-class.

I'm starting my second season with WBA, finished 3rd in first. El Shaarawy has just been transfer listed, price is 21 mln. He has an amazing potential, but if i were to sign him, it would pretty much take my entire transfer budget for the new season. Deal or no deal?

I think both of those deals are overpriced, personally I wouldn't get either (Unless you can get Ayew down to around £17-19m)

Deal for both in my opinion. 18 million is a ridiculous offer for your LB, who I don't think is anywhere close to that. So that's definitely a deal. And Enrique Manuel has good stats in important positions, with a little bit of tutoring and a good training schedule, he could be world class.

No deal, Ben Arfa is really good on this game, and there are lots of good strikers out there that are cheaper than what you could get for Ben Arfa. Plus Hernandez' wages will be alot bigger than Hatem's won't they?

Deals on Rodrigo and Lescott, while Lewa is No Doubt Good but at 27.5m is expensive while Rodrigo is much cheaper and will be much better.....!!!
Also an alternative to Rodrigo will be Jovetic

No deal. A great young player, but that is way too much for him. Also, he isn't a Lampard kind of player, and is only effective (Generally) as an AM!

No deal for Lewandowski, deal for Rodrigo. £27.5m for Lew is not cheap... Way too much for him and like you said, Rodrigo is younger and cheaper, although is not quite as good.

The Lescott one is difficult, as that is quite abit for a CB of his age, and Dede is quality. However, on my Arsenal save I bought Lescott as a backup (Vermaelen was injured) for £300k, and he was amazing. He ended up being my best CB in the remaining 6 months of the season, and was still really good in the season after! :)

He is the best keeper on the game, but £35m is a lot, keep in mind he's a keeper. In my 3rd season i signed him for swansea at £18m
 
The asking price has now dropped to £20M for some strange reason, thanks for the reply.
