Deal all day long, works out at just under £2 million a year, and he is class as a dlp. Still young and you can make a big profit on him.
 
I am Cardiff in the 2nd season, after winning the championship in my first.

I only want to buy one more player, although I do have £9m to spend. If I got Mane I would play him mainly on the left when, whereas with Forestieri I would move Wittingham over to the left and play him centrally. Who do you think is the best player? (Forget financially)

38m isn't a bad offer for Fellaini, but I'd keep him if at all possible. How many years does he have remaining on his contract? Alternatively if you do have to sell him, I'd recommend someone like Michael Bradley, who can probably be bought for around 15m IIRC.

Deal for Fellaini, I would pass on Jucilei though. Try going for Capoue (spelling might not be right, you will probably know who I mean though!)

No deal, his takes first time shots PPM is **** annoying and can't be untrained. By the sounds of it you don't need another striker, but if you do got for Cavani, Huntelaar, Higuain. Or get a younger one to develop like Maupay or Fierro!

Other Info: Both teams are in the Premier League, and Bellamy was fantastic in my first season, scoring 10 goals and getting 10 assists in the league. But he is declining (Especially his physical attributes, he can rarely complete a full match!), and his contract is up at the end of the year.
He is also not performing very well (Average 6.86 rating in the league). But he still has decent attributes to make an impact every now and then. So should I keep him until the end of the year, or let him go for just over half a million? Also bare in mind he is bar far by biggest earner with £35k a week!

Also, does anyone have any suggestions as a replacement? :)

I sold him for over £6m in my first season with Swansea, so if you think you can get more for him no deal, but if I were you I would sell him soon. You should go for:

Ilsinho, Sidney Sam, the loanee is really good (not the Isreali one, the other (Dutch perhaps?)), Ince, Matt Phillips.

No deal, you send to send him on loan to a lower ranked team where he will play 30/40 games a season guaranteed :)

No deal, go for Munian, Fabregas, Thiago, perhaps even Wilshere if you can afford him instead!
