How much would I havwe to offer for Gourcuff to get him?
First season.

Real Madrid got him in my Chelsea save for £28 million at the start of the 2nd season. I'd expect you could attempt to unsettle to get that price down further.

Deal. He's not getting any younger either. Plenty of other younger options for Attacking Mids with about £15 million to spend.

Player: Robinho
Team Buying: Chelsea
Team Selling: Man City
Year: 2012/13
Offer: Free Transfer; demanding wages between £100k and £130k

I have the wage space but I have Neymar, Kalou, Sturridge, and Drogba who rotate through. Pretty close to offloading Di Santo since he's not in my plans. Just wonder if Robinho's actually worth flipping the wages for at age 28. He's already listed me as his favored personnel and there's no competition from Madrid or Barca either. For reference, I'm about £550k/week under my wage bill.

Deal for me since it's free even though his wages are quite high.

Tean Your Managing: Arsenal
Team Buying: Man City
Player: Sanga
Price: Enqiurey
1st thing is should i sell him. I have Eboue who can take over but i also have cash to but a decent back up or replacement for him. If sell him how much shall i put??

I would say no deal since there isn't really another good player that can equal his ability. Unless you sign people like Maicon who would need £60m to even think about leaving.

If and I mean 'if' you did then £25m at the minimum. I would try push for £30m+ but Man City usually always reject it.

i would say deal as renan did impress me in 09' and gomes has been terrible for me as well in 2010.

Tean You're Managing: Portsmouth (transfer budget = $25M in 2010-11)
Team Selling: Real Madrid
Player: Rafael van der Vaart
Price: $8.25M (or 5M Pounds) no clauses (valued at $10.5M)

I sold John Utaka for $6.5M because he didn't fit into my plans and I didn't want to pay $105K p/w for nothing. Hopefully I didn't do the wrong thing oO)

If I read correctly and you're buying van der Vaart for £5 million, then that's a steal. Deal on any day of the week. Just make sure he doesn't have outrageous wage demands. Especially after only 1 season into the game, he can still get the job done for you.

Real don't need him, apparently :)

Real were more than happy and accepted my bid quite quickly. He wanted a wage of around $100K p/w and I was happy to give it. But...

The stupid board wouldn't provide anything more than $66K. Stupid of them :'(

Adjust your budget, and make sure his status is "Key Player"...

Would that have increased the max wage allowed for a key player? I am comfortably within the wage limit as a whole. Anyway, I let him go.

I have another one though:

Tean You're Managing: Portsmouth (transfer budget = $25M in 2010-11)
Team Selling: Almeria
Player: Daniel Alves
Price: $4.6M (or 2.8M Pounds) no clauses (valued at $4.6M)

No salary problems expected here :D

My scout says he will be an important player.

EDIT: Well, he joined Sevilla and I got a fairly good GK on free transfer. He is aged around 25 only :)
