Deal for Veloso in my opinion, he can play Defensive mid very well and can play Left Back and Centre Mid well. Think he can also be used as a winger as well.

In my opinion I would say no deal because I never played him before but MU always buys him for that price in the 1st season.

Isn't there a buy-back clause on Rossi (probably isn't active on FM) - Anyway, i'd say deal personally, he's a very good player, and should work well with Berbatov, Rooney (and inevitably Dzeko, who i expect along with everyone else, you'll buy soon enough )
