the DONCASTER ROVERS Challenge

I am going to start as Doncaster manager, they only have 28k transfer budget and already have mason on loan from tottenham in attacking midfield.
Any good frees with cheap wages, or loan deals i can do, or any players under 28k i can buy?????

Also im a rovers fan and have done quite a few with them and i find selling all the useless players you can get a fair bit to spend on some better players e.g. mark wilson, adam lockwood etc.

its not really a challenge, rovers have a pretty decent team to start with. Just sell the dead wood (Lockwood, Wilson, Keegan), develop a strong midfield with Stock (recommend DLP), Gillet (BWM) and Coppinger/Oster (ADP), find a partner for Sharp and play him as a Poacher, find a decent LB and break Gary Woods into your team and try and stay up. I managed to finish 7th without really making any extreme signings.

Glad people are finally taking interest in the Rovers though, RTID<3
