It's waaaay beyond 'gay' Soap operas are for old ladies ... which is why they have crappy story-lines ... so that the 'old dears' can talk about them the following day.
Our society as a whole have become 'gay' and it is part of the reason why this once Great country is becoming such a ****** mess.

But then again if you believe that a man who gets shot in the head and somehow was only paralazyed but can still occasianally walk being shot by a girl in a club with a gun trying to show off in front of a boy, is now marrying a girl who was abused as a child by her dad and despite her fiance getting her sister pregnant who by the way is now a millionaire because her dad had £3,000,000 in the bank before being murdered by a pregnant mental patient after he somehow raped her is far fetched then we will have to agree to disagree.
Not that I have ever watched eastenders because like you my dad is Scottish and would happily hit me round the head if I watched anything remotely 'queer' because after all this is the 1970's..... Oh wait..
