the editor doesnt work well

I took a club from the israel league and i changed the balance to 300000000 and the transfer 50000000 and the wage 5000000 but when i did a save with this team the balance was only 5 milion.
And when I changed the balance to 100 milion it was good.
what I did wrong?
because I took a lot of great players who cost a lot in the editor and put them in the club and I need a lot of money for them.

well he's got a point, basicallyn editing anything is for cheating, even check PA can be considered cheating if we go gestapo-like
