I dont have it in my sports ineravtive folder.

i dont even have the tools folder, anyway i can download it? Or one similar.

Re-install. That should sort it.

How do i de-install?

Go to the Start Menu click on "Control Panel"
Then under "Programs" you should see an option called "uninstall a program"
Find FM10 and click "uninstall/change" and then follow the wizard.

Then, re-install FM and you should find the editor under
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010\tools\editor

That is, if you have a Disc. If you're a steam kind of guy, I have no idea.

Will i lose my saved games though?

Yeah, I would suggest moving your saves to another place temporarily. Then, when you reinstall you can move them back.
