Happy with that. Pen shouldnt have been given. Gerrard deserved to be sent off, we never really looked under threat, but liverpool played with more determination than ive seen in a long time

We lost, but there's a lot of positives to take from that match.

At least we didn't concede more. Let's look on the bright side, we can now concentrate on the League games. Besides, we still have Europa League. So it's not all doom & gloom.

It's over. In the end we were done by a penalty that shouldn't have been, dirty git. Down to 10 men for 70+ minutes, but still looked without any desire at all. Torres is just *****. Johnson should never get ahead of Kelly at right back.

Liverpool actually played decently today, actually passing instead of Hodgson's hoofball. Decisions went against Liverpool today but hopefully decisions will go there way in a match later in the season. You have to be an idiot if you think it was a penalty. The red card was dubious. Yes Gerrard was off the floor which is meant to be the rule but so was Rafael. Everyone saying 'oh he didn't make contact so it doesn't matter' it very much does matter! I don't care that he didn't touch Mierles, he was still 2 footed so by peoples logic on here he should have been sent off as well (I'm not saying he should have, I'm just making a point). Both Carrick and Gerrard both got stuck in and Carrick came out worse so Gerrard got sent off.

it was two footed and off the ground = red, like essien earlier this season

Liverpool played a lot better than they have done in so long so not too bad a game for them.
Torres on the other hand looks very poor to me. The draw to look forward to now.

Giggs, Evans and Kelly were quality.

Oh **** off Berbatov.

Enough to make me lose my balance oO)

is he constantly walking on an elevated tight rope...

Still dont understand what agger is thinking though from that position

using that logic rafeal should have been sent off as well ;)
he could well have gone, but his wasnt as bad

We desperately need new blood in the team this month. Striker - Llorente, winger - Elia/Turan.
In the summer, totaly overhawl. Skrtel, Johnson, Konchesky, Poulsen, Babel, and Torres out.

Can't believe Berba said it was a penalty - he knows there wasn't sufficient contact to go down :O
