All you fu**ing wankers are against a City supporter again. Go wank yourself idiots.

Calm down. No one's against City supporters. It's a valid point that your side is nowhere near as effective without your best player in the side..

City is much more than Tevez....he is a big part of City now but it's not like if he leaves the team we can't win. He can be replaced.

Clearly not.. Otherwise when he had his little tantrum earlier this season, City would have told him where to go. Tevez is City's best player by some margin IMO - A squad full of talented players worth a ridiculous amount of money, but most of those players haven't yet gelled properly and Tevez clearly carries the team at times.

Who would you replace him with? Wayne Rooney? There's not exactly a host of world-class strikers, like Tevez, available atm. (Probably because your team has bought and destroyed the careers of most of them)..

Btw....are Everton doing now great when they won a not in form Chelsea with penalties?

Oh yeah, cos Everton are in form.. Chelsea, bar this weekend, are finding form again.

****, You're right. My apologies. I ofcourse meant short sighted. Dzeko has shown signs already of his incredible technique. Give him a bit of time. He is way better than Cahill and if you lot are being honest with yourselves you know that's true..

I'm pretty sure I wrote right now hence ignoring his potential and taking the players as they are right now. And currently, Cahill wins hands down. And also, you still have to beat Villa to get to Everton, which isn't exactly a given result.

You chaps are welcome to your opinion about how effective City are without Carlos Tevez, But if you genuinely believe we are a one man team then i seriously question your footballing knowledge. I get to all Citys home games and most away games (work permiting) and yes, Tevez is a world class striker, Yesterday he scored his 50th goal in 69 games for us. Not sure there's a better record anywhere. But he isn't our most important player. Infact some people i sit next to at Eastlands believe we play better without him as he is increadibly greedy.

Our most important players are Vincent Kompany, David Silva THEN, and only then, Carlos Tevez. If he left or suffered a long term injury i wouldn't exactly be devestated having to SETTLE with a forward line of Balotelli, Silva, Dzeko... Still the best forward line in the league IMO.

if im not mistaken, tevez provides half the goals man city scores.

This will Shock the world. But i am on the City Fans side. :O. Dzeko is a great player and whilst Tevez is very good. they are a very good side without him.. In the Manchester Derby Dzeko did more in 20 minutes then tevez did in 90. think about that.

And Berbatov has scored the lions share of your goals. Is he your most impoortant player? I'd say right now that is probably Nani.

Nani has carried our attack for much of the season, much in the same way Tevez and Silva have for you. .

Silva deffo. Without him we have shown a worrying lack of creativity. But come on, City have a wonderfull squad capable of great football when they actualy decide to turn on the heat like we all know they can. What we need is cohesion and time. Imagine how good this group will be given a couple of seasons playing together.

Carlos Tevez is world class, Probably the best striker in the world right now IMO. But City are still one of the best teams in the league without him.

Aaron Ramsey has been pencilled in for the FA Cup Fifth-Round replay with Leyton Orient.

The Wales midfielder is currently on loan with former club Cardiff City but he is due back this weekend and, fitness permitting, will be considered for Arsenal duty a little over a year since his last first-team appearance ended with a double leg fracture.

“He is on loan until Saturday,” Wenger told Arsenal.com. “After that he comes back. He could be available for the second game against Leyton Orient on Wednesday.

“I have had good reports from Cardiff and I intend to use him. He could not play last Saturday because he had a little hip problem and we demanded that he rest.

“I think he will play this Saturday again and then we will see if he comes through that game well. After that he is available for Arsenal.”

-------------------

Would be brilliant for him to make his return ASAP. Could do with the extra quality in the run-in to the end of the season.

Lookin forward to seeing Ramsey back. Extremely talented lad. Be interesting to see how he responds after the break. Good luck to the lad. Sooner he's back the better imo

Arsenal keeper Manuel Almunia will start with Wojciech Szczesny on the bench against Leyton Orient. Robin van Persie (knee), Cesc Fabregas (hamstring), Theo Walcott (ankle), Laurent Koscielny (hamstring) and Alex Song (knee) have been ruled out.
Leyton Orient's Jonathan Tehoue was his side's hero in the first game and has recovered from a migraine to play.
Harry Kane is suspended but Steve Dawson (knee), Matthew Spring (calf) and Jimmy Smith (hamstring) are doubts.

I'm hoping for a Villa win but can see us being edged out 1-0 or 2-1.

Reckon Arsenal will make hard work of Orient, 2-1 with a late winner.

City is tough. They'll probably win 3-1.

EDIT: Scratch that one, considering the following team:

VILLA LINE-UP: Friedel; Herd, Dunne, Clark, Delph; Bannan, Petrov, Bradley, Agbonlahor; Delfouneso, Heskey. Subs: Marshall, Pires, Reo-Coker, Walker, A Young, Downing, Albrighton.

So, midfielders at the fullback positions, a central mid on the left and a striker on the right. Great...

MAN CITY: Hart, Richards, Boateng, Lescott, Zabaletta, Vieira, Barry, Silva, Y Toure, Kolarov, Balotelli.

Not happy with that line up, I understand rotation and all that but we've already effectively thrown in the towel, only playing 2 actual defenders, Luke Young is apparently fit again and isn't in the squad. Players can't complain of tiredness since they just had 2 weeks off before Blackburn and Bent isn't even in the squad! Can't see a win in this for us now.

Arsenal 1/3/2011

Confirmed: Miquel and Henderson start. TEAM: Almunia; Eboue Squillaci Miquel Gibbs; Diaby Denilson; Bendtner Rosicky Henderson; Chamakh.

Henderson is a left footed central midfielder. Not quick, but good on the ball, intelligent. Takes a good set piece. Quite injury prone.

London-born, Henderson has played for both England & Ireland. Hard working and stylish. He follows me on Twitter, so must be a top guy too!

Henderson is not a star player, but he works hard, gets stuck in and is a massive Arsenal fan. Delighted to see him start. Good luck, Hendo!

All this according to Young Guns on Twitter

Well Bent is ineligible to be fair :P Is that Delph at full back again?
