For anyone looking to put them in the game now..

If you already have a Premier League kitpack downloaded then save the above kits as the name they are in the kitpack you already downloaded.

In my kitpack for example the old Man City ones were 679_home, 679_away etc so I saved the new kits above as 679_home, 679_away etc and they're now ingame. Some kitpacks will have the names as mancity_home or mancity_away etc so save the new ones as mancity_home or mancity_away etc
