Thanks for the tactic - really like it.
If interested I found for my team the following small tweaks helped.
After watching a few matches I noticed that when the PlayM's had the ball, 1 of the strikers was always looking to get forward and a through ball would have been ideal but the PM would pause and play out to the wing. So I turned off overlap and now there are more balls forward. However this did not stop the WB from bombing forward.
Also I changed the CM from a DLPM to a CM-support. Using prozone analysis I found that his average position was more central and the team used him more as a pivot for the passing.
The above tweaks seem to work better for my team but thought I would share.
