Alternatively, you can spend that money on squad players which would be better than the ones he provides you as backup.

If you can afford 17-18 players rather than 16, buy them.

yea i know im just trying to put yous all off bidding for Mourinhoby pretending i bid 50mil for him:p
 
Overbid by 4 million or so on 3 players that i really wanted so i am happy

Nice. Manager out of the way, so I can focus my attention on the remaining 8 players.

An average of 34 million to spend per player now, which is more than adequate. ;) Budgeting ftw.

I weighed up my options and went for it. Three quality midfielders in one go to ensure I have the players I need for the formation I am planning. :) It still leaves me with enough funds to spend over £30 million on the remaining 5 players I need.

Things looking good over here. (H) Just defenders to go.
