Being a Chelsea fan I wanted to start a save with my favorite team but I had no clue how I was going to set up my team. Obviously, I thought of a 3-4-3 which I used during a couple of games during pre-season. Unfortunately, I wasn't convinced so I switched to a simple 4-4-2. As I always say a 4-4-2 will never disappoint you.
So here is my tactic(IW switch positions)

I am not against possession football but this time I wanted a tactic where my players are constantly thinking "verticality". So I opted for these TI:

Set pieces wise I tinkered quite often and finally settle for these:

For training:
During pre-season: fitness+teamwork
during the season: every week I switch from fitness to teamwork + attacking movements
