You can't, start as a country and apply for a club job.

e.g if you're England manager, you have a high rep so most prem teams will take you
 
is it possible too get a tycoon to takeover your team? ive had one on fm08 and 09 but not on fm10 and i havnt herard any cases of it?

I just started EA sports FM2010 and its my first season with manchester united..
i had previously played 2007 edition
my problem is i am not able to sell player or loan out any player
for eg. this first season with Man Utd, i tried to sell Berbatov and tried to loan out tosic and welback bt nothing happend and transfer season finished....
and also another problem is that i think my FM 2010 is not like the one which u all are talking abt...i mean the screen shot which are shown here is completely different from my game....
Pls help me out
give the hints for selling off any players....

hi, could i have some help plz. i was wondering, when i create a tactic after setting the formation. if i do player instructions and team instructions and stuff and i create tactic, will it save all my instructions for next time if i open that tactic?

hi guys, after downloading the sound file add one i lost my manager profile picture, and i have tried to follow the instructions on how to get it back but it didn't work, i think because the config file was designed for fm2009 only? please could anyone help me get my manager profile picture back for fm 2010? thankyou very much :)

Yes kingeric, i am damm sure m playin EA FM2010 bt its not the same as of the screenshot shown here in site....may b bcoz i am in india and they r having different version of FM2010 for india....
i dont knw and m not sure.....
pls do guide me
may be u all r havin different game as of me....
 
Hi, I just started with Valencia and in the Senior squad there is 35 players? And I cant send anyone to a reserve squad theres only Senior and U19's.
But when I click on the squad at the top it shows the teams: Valencia | Valencia Mestalla | Valencia U19's.
But I cant move any of the players to Valencia Mesalla?
And it would take ages to look at every player to see weither to sell them or not.
So if anybody has been them before, can you tell me what you did?

I dont really want to keep them as I will be paying a lot of uneeded wages, and I wont be playing all of them.
 
Just got FM10 and I was looking through player training.
I was struggling for what to do and when I looked on staff advice (something like that) they gave me a list of advice for different players, eg: Mascherano to mark opponents more tightly.

How do I set these manually?
This would be a great help, thanks.

When the staff give that advice and you accept, it will ask the player to do that and they either do it or they don't it will show your in your messages.
To do it yourself, if you click on a player and in the top right it says interaction click on it, then press interact with player, then there is loads of things to say and sometimes there is a list of preffered moves you can tell them to do.
If that makes sense?

just wondering, some one has dowloaded my custom legends database addition and they have said that a couple of the faces are on the wrong profile (moore's face on zidane's profile) now it is all present and correct on my machine, just wondering what the possible cause of this mishap might be on his end?
 
"Attempted to create widget in invalid column" - i know there is a post about it but if someone could explain me better (and in portuguese if possible) because i haven't understood very well the process
