I've downloaded the data editor but it keeps getting stuck when I try and load a game :S

What is the use of Youth coaches? I have fired most of them and appointed regular coaches as they can work on both, but i wonder if it has any bad effect on the youth training ...... also does the coaching stars really indicate quality of training and if so how to get 5 stars?

I bought the CD, installed the game without problems.
Now when I want to load the game, I can't.
The installation didn't leave anything(like a quicklaunch button) on my desktop, and when put in the CD and press the autorun button, nothing happens.
I've also checked the fm10 folder, there is no quicklaunch button.
I've reinstalled this game on my vista twicce, the problem still persists.

Can anybody help me get the game loaded?

Same happened to me, just install it through steam makes it much easier.

Start a new game, whit the team "San Lorenzo"
The players have a way / horrible condition
and during the days do not improve, I leave if I have understood screenshot

I believe youth coaches who have high ratings in working with youngsters, judging potential, and level of discipline, combined with good youth facilities produce better regens for your U18s.
