I've been england manager for a while now and I was finally offered my the chelsea job so now I have both. The problem is the player search screen used show the scouting reports from my england coaching team now only shows scouting reports from my chelsea scouts who don't give me details about players and their worth for the national side. Is there anyway to switch between the two?
 
It seems that about 1/3 of my experiences with tutoring young players ends in unhappy players due to personality differences! Even when I try to match their personalities up... Does anyone know how I could more effectively find the right tutors or is it a case of more random results (as I suspect)? How can I minimise the damage after tutoring goes wrong? New contracts and loaning one of the players doesn't have to seem to work forever, the problem seems to persist later (when the player returns). I'm not going to do it anymore and will be left with newgens with **** mental stats!!
 
Free role box missing

Good afternoon.

I have a problem with my Football Manager 2010 game: on the player's instructions screen, the free role box doesn't appear. Not even on the advanced screen. Is it a bug or just a defective copy of the game?

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you purchase the game boxed, or is it a cracked copy?
 
Hi everyone, need help badly!! im in an online server with two of my freinds, were on the 28th game and im 6 points off top. Im man united, out of carling cup and f.a cup. I signed villa hes got 36 goals for me already but injured for rest of season. berbatov, carrick, oshea have been sold. i now have rafhina, gago, Di maria, villa, jadson. can anyone give me tactical advice as now villa is gone my team is really struggling! thank you, also using macheda as back up striker
 
URGENT HELP!

when going to load up the game, an error code comes up and this is what i get.....

if you cant read what it says, the code says.... "not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1of default.xml

what do i do guys???​

There is a way to get around it, but this happened to my Ponferradina story and I couldn't revive it. You got a 50/50 chance so I suggest you look around.
 
so how do i get rid of this invalid token or what ever it is?

i just want to be able to start the game up again :(
 
Use the search bar, some threads there. Or just search on Google.
 
well correct me if im wrong but this is the help thread so this is the best place to put this question is it not? and i have used the search tool and found nothing.......
 
have also just searched google which came up with a picture of a food blender :S

ok, so i have deleted all my saved games in hope it will work (that includs my bradford city story which im not best plased about) but it still doesnt want to load :@

works now :) lost my saved games but id rather lose them than the game itself
 
I am man city in the second season, i dont no what players to buy in january i the summer i bought, both the sneijders and got saha on a free. But i want to buy another great player i have 45million to spend but i cant anyone amazing like messi or ronaldo who shouild i go for??
 
I am newcastle and in my second season of premier league football, i finished in 12th in my first season of the PL but after about 12 games i just can't get any consistency, i beat liverpool one game then get destroyed by wigan, my players are saying we aren't living up to expectations, i had a team meeting and they said that helped, got one good result then went back to losing, i just can't seem to get two results in a row! whats going on!!
