The importance of teamwork...

I currently have a regen with great attributes....except teamwork (which is 8). He keeps on getting caught out of position in matches. His concentration, anticipation, decisions and positioning are all over 14....Do you think it is because he doesn't want to work for the team that he struggles to get back?

just focus on team work with him get some1 with good team work to tutor him play him abit he will come along. put screen shot up please
