Rookie manager takes charge of Blue Square new boys
Braintree Town have appointed Ashley Thornton-Jones as manager of the Blue Square Premier Club, successing Rod Stringer.
The Essex-based club have been left without a boss since Stringer resigned after winning the Blue Square South title last season, a decision that shocked many fans.

Fernandez, 35, has been a free agent since being released from SPL side Kilmarnock in the summer of 2010, whilst youngster Tejan-Sie was released from Dagenham & Redbridge in the summer.
