Meet Vitor Rodrigues de Souza. A young 24 year old man you have probably never heard of. He comes from a very normal background. He was born in the capital city of Brasilia, before moving with his mother to England when he was 11 years old. He was always interested in football, but due to medical reason he was unable to play football competitively. From a young age, he decided that he was going to become a football manager, and in 2015, he gained his National C licence badge. Now, he is on the hunt for his first job in management.

Boreham Wood Turn Down de Souza

de Souza was met with his first disappointment today after being turned down for the vacant manager position at Vanarama National League side Boreham Wood FC. It is thought that de Souza saw this as an opportunity to take his first step into management. Whilst the board were happy with his interview, they ultimately decided that his lack of experience was too much of a risk. de Souza was turned down, and Russ Wilcox was hired.

There are now no other jobs currently available, so de Souza will have to wait for his chance.

de Souza Joins Welling

Welling United have today unveiled 24 year old Brasilian manager de Souza as their new manager. Previous manager Fazakerley was sacked due to the poor performances of the club, and de Souza takes on the club that is sitting bottom of the league. With only 18 games gone so far, de Souza has plenty of time to turn things around but needs to hit the ground running.

de Souza's first match in management comes in the FA cup against fellow Conference side Cheltenham.

The Welling United fans will be hopimg de Souza can find a victory quickly as they are currently on a winless run of 8 games.
