Introduction:
Peter Denis Hill-Wood took charge as Arsenal's chairman following his father's death in 1982 and since then he has put financial stability as the most important.

Although the huge amount of debt owed to the bank, Arsenal are one of Europe's financially stabilised clubs thanks to their current manager, Frenchman Arsene Wenger, who has held the post since 1996.

This story will be following the life of Arsenal under Peter Hill-Wood and I hope everyone will follow.

2010-11 aims/target, sent to Arsene Wenger:
Dear Wenger,
We've delighted to keep you here for 14 years and here is our targets for the 2010-11 season;

- Top 4 finish in EPL (Minimum)
- Champions League Semi-Finals (Minimum)
- FA Cup Quarter-Finals (Minimum)
- Carling Cup Semi-Finals (Minimum)

We will give you 34 million pounds to achieve our aims and if you get rid of the players, you will get back 100% of the fee to go straight into the transfer budget.
