Cech made a world class save but Benteke should of put it away, more of Benteke's fault to not score from there rather than Cech making the save IMO.

What are you talking about ive atleast seen benteke win headers agaisnt those hapless chickens. Or perhaps we havent crossed it for benteke as much.
 
Kin ****, this lad looks like he just walked right off an estate in liverpool after sniffing some glue and flying around on his dirt bike all day.
 
Have to say Gomez looks quite good. He's done very well tonight and so far this season considering he's only 18 and playing out of position (I think?)
 
Kudos to rodgees for bringing on rossiter in a high profile game. Might be the last weve seen of lucas. :'(
 
Ibe I too nervous to fill sterling shoes, he needs to relax a little and play his game.
 
Initially Liverpool would have taken this. But this will feel like 2 points dropped as it stands.

Very happy with that result. Could of and probably should have been all three points but 7 from a possible 9 sets us up very well for what's to come
 
When you pay over 30m for a striker he simply has to take that chance he had tonight, he gives you a focal point in attack don't get me wrong but goals win games.
