Uhmmm, yeah, you're probably gonna' hate me now .....

My seasonie has been 'out on loan' for the past 5 or 6 years.

Still in my name (had it since '87 and couldn't bare to lose that connection with the club); but it works for me from a multitude of standpoints. Started when I got totally disillusioned under Rafa and his teadius *** style of football. Sat there bored to tears most weeks thinking 'what the **** am I doing here when there's no excitement?' It was like going the match every week just because it's what I'd always done. So with that, and that other troubling thing called life, and getting older and commitments changing; I dropped out and started picking and choosing games. Luckily, I'm that well connected through different avenues made over the years I can invariably get a ticket for any match I want to go to. Plus the lad who has the benefit of my S/T right now only goes the homes, so we still have the use for all the aways within our group and it's fully stocked up on credits continuously. Just saves me shelling out the £725 by mid May I think it was this year which is ridiculous and a real bind. (Although there is the payment option now so at least that makes it easier.). I'm more away's and Europe and the home games that take my fancy at present. Like I say, I'm fortunate that I do know a lot of different people I can turn to for tickets who look after me and vice versa but I hear you on how impossibly tough it is without those connections. People just don't appreciate how hard it is to follow a major club from all standpoints.

Made up for you guys dropping on those tickets for those games. Won't be there on Saturday (my next is Utd), but I certainly will at Goodison. You shouldn't have a problem in among them, but suss the lads around you first. The derby has become more and more ugly (particularly there) the more and more bitter they've gotten as we are all they really have to look forward to now. So just have your wits about yer. Least with the half 1 kickoff nobody will of been hammering the ale.

And yeah, she sounds a total 'keeper.' :).

Crud. Rubin. Visa bollocks needed. Along with being hundreds of miles East of Moscow. **** it.
 
Looks like just about the weakest of top seed teams though which is good. Travelling to Russia isn't easy though
 
On the plus side Lokomotiv Moscow and Krasnodar are now not possible from pot 3 so that increases the good ones.

*Edit* 2 places been before. 1 pain in the ***. And almost all hooli teams avoided. Could of been better. Could of been MUCH worse.

Very good draw.. Potential trip to Russia will be interesting but the groups as a whole is very positive

I'm not bothered if they loan them out or give them out, but they told her that they don't go to half of them so let them know because they don't even give them out!

By the way, if you ever fall out with this guy and want to loan it to someone else.... haha!

Yeah I will have a good look around me at first! So many *** head around these days.

What annoys me is when people have a season ticket and don't love the game or the club like others, so painful!

Wouldn't fancy that trip to Russia either if I was you!
 
Not normally big on International call ups, but Emre Can called up to the senior German side for the first time.

Big props to him and a big step forward in his development.

Yeah, that sucks not going and just letting the tickets go to waste. Lucky they can afford to do that for one thing. There's always someone you know wanting a ticket for the game. Even worse when it's family like this.

Ha ha on Kazan. Leaving that one for the minute as it's MD4. Gives time to decide. Everything we've looked at thus far is a nightmare with middle of the night connections. And the Visa problem is a serious pain. Booked Bordeaux and Sion and got great deals on flights so very happy there. Taking in Zurich, Sion and Geneva over three separate days with a fantastic train journey along Lake Geneva to Sion which should be amazing.

We go again!

Dunga's brain finally decides to function again. Coutinho has been called up to the Brazilian NT after Oscar's lack of game time & injury.

Still amazes me that nobody outside of Liverpudlians still will readily acknowledge just what a ridiculous talent Phil is. All he lacks is top notch speed to really compliment his ridiculous technique and football brain.

Brazil NT is basically a farce the squad is basically picked by sponsers. I mean when neymar is injured and is still picked just so he can pose in sponsership deal what hope does phil have.
