Across Europe it's even worse, because most of Europe wont care about Liverpool - Dortumund anywhere near BT/media do here, and media in Germany, BT pushed that very hard with promos, openers, features, closers and it still lost out, so in places where it's not pushed it just won't beat the champions league. People DO however care about MSN vs Atletico Madrid. Barcelona/big spanish derby games always get huge Euro ratings, throw in a balanced knock out round that sees them knocked out and it's gold

World wide, there is no comparison between the two.

Games that feature Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, United when in, and increasingly Atletico and Juventus again, dominate worldwide. it's exactly why the prize and TV money is so low for Europa, you just don't get the numbers.

We've been getting higher viewing figures in Germany for a start since Klopp came here than even Bayern games so Germany doesn't follow.

You may well be right. But I'd be real surprised if the interest in the last two rounds of the Europa, with Liverpool- Utd and Liverpool- Dortmund/ the Klopp factor isn't real high to say the least.

UEFA wil be made up though that's for certain with the two massive Europa ties the last two rounds.

I already pointed out Germany, along with England, and you expect that because both sides media wise cut promos, features, openers heavily to promote on their leading channels, and they still don't make up for the overall shortfall, which is why overall they didnt out rank last week, and when the figures are out on monday I expect exactly the same.

High interest isn't the same as overshadowing. Ratings wise it just doesn't win on the numbers

No need. England and Germany, it will always do well, especially Germany, but overall loses out.

If both games were Champions League semi-finals, might well be a different story, though would still expect El Clasico/or one of the 2 vs United to rate higher, but there would be little in if so.

Imagining a big f-off bus the car park lol. Although being Crosby, I'd be more concerned about any ******** scalls nicking it!

Reus and Hummels have now played on the same pitch as Tezzz.

"I cant believe it, it's one ticked off my bucket list that's for sure!" said a beaming Reus.

"All of the lads are in awe, just to think Tezzz has stepped foot on this pitch and now we get to train here is an honour" Hummels mused.

Liverpool didnt start with the level they needed to, and Dortmund have brought their A game. Would be a mother of all comebacks now.
 
Sakho's positioning for both goals was very poor. Made joke of that defensive line.
