Missed Sturridge's goal :| waiting for the replay.

Have to say I am really enjoying watching us play now. Its been ages since ive been able to say that.
 
during the last match i felt this too. even i felt a hope and belief for liverpool i havent felt since robbie fowler's days! to my surprise im amazed suarez and sturridge are playing far better together than i ever rated either of them individually may they continue this hot form :)

We win against Arsenal, i'll let myself get carried away...

some very hard games to come up in November and December for us and the Gunners though!

It's a strange combination, since they're essentially both poachers - although there's no doubt it's an effective one.
 
Big games coming up for us and Arsenal, could really put both teams up there with a solid shout at top four if things go well.

To be honest, I don't think we'll get Top 4 this season - I still think the Top 4'll be the same as last season - with us in 5th and Spurs in 6th. I hope I'm proved wrong, though!

Would be surprised if we did but you never know, we'll see how the next 10 games go, Chelsea, City, Spurs, Arsenal and Everton all coming up.
 
Our first real test of the season today against Arsenal will show how much we have improved over last season. A win could potentially mean going top of the league but a loss could result in us falling down the table and our good start to the season will be behind us. I feel we need at least a point from this match if we are to show that we are capable of a top four finish.

Both sides are in very good form with Suarez and Sturridge playing amazing together and scoring goals for fun but Arsenal also have the likes of Ozil, Ramsey, Whilshere and Giroud doing the business for them.

Coutinho could make his return to the starting line up but tbh I would rather have him start on the bench and come on if we lack creativity.

Hopefully we are in for an exciting and close match :)
 
Don't think our 11 will change this week. Coutinho's a heck of a player to have on the bench, plus Agger'll be back and will make the bench.

Mignolet, Johnson, Kolo, Sakho, Skrtel, Cissokho; Gerrard, Lucas, Hendo; Suarez/Studge.
 
Absolutely gutted Glen Johnson is out the game tonight... even more gutted that John Flanagan is starting, seriously not good enough

Not having Enrique, Johnson or Coutinho starting really effects our attack. Its okay having Suarez and Sturridge but there is not much to supply them at all
 
am gutted am in usa i have nbcs sport and fox sports package. Nbc sports moves to nbc main channel sometimes but for weeks the NBC main channel is in contract dispute with Dish tv for crazy money! hence ive no jay leno or NBC main grrr **** NBC sports for moving channels so much if it was on NBC sports i could watch! im paying for it all! Dish need to make up for this!

anybody got stream for Arsenal Liverpool ?
 
looked like rodgers playing only 3 defenders with lucas as dmf? hoep we go for it if we can win here today we could win the league! :)

Well, you'd certainly be in great form, and this 3-5-2 can make for some great football at times, so it'd be well deserved. Sturridge and Suarez firing on all cylinders cause problems for any team imo.
 
liverpool very sloppy today, we are over using the right side and not utilising our left, we need to get stuck in more in midfield battle
 
Wing backs are vital to our attacks.. if they are not available we need abit of creativity in CAM position

we have neither today. Missing Enrique, Johnson and Coutinho MASSIVELY
