A member of the press association saying the fee was around 12mil offered and not the 20mil being reported, which would make sense

Similar to the Lallana deal, apparently that was less than what is being reported

But i wouldn't read too much into the fee being mentioned by Spanish journalists as they put the price to suit the club. It was done with both Neymar and Bale, in which both of those went for bigger fee's than were being reported
