It really is nothing to do with a Chelsea-Liverpool thing as well. Its just a shame that a player who had obvious qualities will now rot on the bench and sometimes not even appear on that all because he wanted more money

It seems to be happening far too regular. Trophies or not, the player himself will never contribute to that. It is just something I don't understand

Chelsea is a great place to stall your progress and be a bench warmer to earn some good money. That's why I agree/like with Lukaku, someone with actual intention to be as good as he can be and get regular game time.

Hmm but he doesn't have the quality to start for a CL team and he gives us an excellent option off the bench. I also don't think it's anything to do with money at all ... Salah wanted to work with Mourinho

Completely agree with you mate. I heard Chelsea are shopping Lukaku out and quite a few mid-table clubs are looking at him atm ... Definitely lead their line well
 
Very happy with Markovic he's got bags of potential. With Aspas going to Sevilla hopefully that means Moreno will be coming to us. I'm happy with LFC's transfer dealings this summer all we need now is a big name signing to replace Suarez :)

Would be smart for them to cash in if the club is outside germany, cant see reus resigning at dortmund. Someone will definetly hit his release clause next year one kicked him. Reus at liverpool would be amazing but cant see it happening
 
Agreed, Reus would be a good fit at us but Can't see it happening, I also think we should go for Cavani considering he wants a PL move and in the past has praised us

That's if he even makes the bench... I agree you need depth but Salah seemed a strange signing at the time

Dont rate Cavani much at all when i have seen him and he would take a considerable fee and wages to sign. Honestly, i would rather sign Bony for 19mil than pay 40+ for Cavani

I'd personally rather be playing football than watching it - it's a short career and he is wasting several years of it unless he miraculously improves into a world class player

And he probably will only enjoy regular football at a mid-table club. I think you are being incredibly harsh on him for choosing Chelsea over say Stoke. As you said football is a short career, if a club like Chelsea/Liverpool/United come knocking, its very hard to reject

I agree, but he did reject Liverpool in favour of a move to Chelsea
 
Benfica fan here, you can all be assured that Markovic was an absolute bargain only because of this fund that had 50% of his rights lol. If he stayed one more season here we could sell him for 40M , he is VERY good. Fantastic , especially in a league like PL. Excellent signing with no doubts whatsoever, will be watching him play, that is for sure....

Glad we didn't get him, but he would have been starting games for us last year. The only other option we had was Victor ******* Moses.
