Wow...this is turning to be total disaster of a game for us....from scoreline to injuries.

Johnson is a ******* cancer to the team. Hopefully he's ****** up his ankle and can never play professional football again.

Who's the clever **** that designed the strip of astro-turf next to the pitch?

Exactly... I just dont get some Liverpool fans' persistence with singling out Johnson every game

What doesn't help him is he doesn't offer anything. Every time he got the ball in attack today he got tackled. Tried to take on he defender and lost the ball.

You're all bonkers if you think Johnson is a defender. We're better off playing him in the same position Sterling or Coutinho play in. He can't defence, can't block crosses, heck he can't even cross it into the box when we're attacking.

You don't wish injuries on your own players - no matter what you think of them

I agree in certain aspects, it just really annoys me that football fans in general scapegoat players and once that sticks every single thing is their fault

It has even resorted to fans wishing career threatening injuries on players!

City tonight just had more quality and were more clinical. Will defo be between them and Chelski this year.

People saying that is taking it too far yes.

I just feel he is trying too hard. I would rather him recycle the ball and give it back to Gerrard or someone rather than watching him take on a defender he is never going to beat. He seems to think he is as good as he used to be, but the quicker he realises he isn't, the quicker he will be able to improve.

Take Gerrard as an excellent example of that.

Rodgers really needs to look at himself for Liverpool's defending. STILL making the same type of errors

1) Lack of organisation and leadership, leading to

2) Player hesitancy, and individual errors.

The injury remark was clearly an over-exaggerated joke. And I'm not just a general football fan using Johnson as a scapegoat. I pay a lot of ******* money to go to most home games and I'm entitled to yell a bit of abuse at him.

It's harder for me to pay £50 to get a ticket for the game than it is for him to try harder and run ******* back to defend and earn his ******* multi-million pound contract.

And last of all if you think its just me that gives Johnson a good yelling at then maybe you should visit Anfield more often and turn of the sky box.

i really don't get why they/you blame johnson on todays lost, there were other players with far worst performance tonight. Moreno's teriblle mistake on first goal and on third goal it was lovren mistake that he lost aguero and again through moreno side was the through ball. sturridge and henderson also made some wrong decisions on the top but they might were unlucky today i don't know... i liked markovic's energy when he got in but i think it suits him to come in as a sub and coutinho was in one more match lost... in cocnclusion johnson just tried to pass a defender on the 86th minute when the score was 3-1...he didn't play well but he wasn't our worst player he had an average performance...i think they need time to get together since the team has too many new players on the starting line-up...and don't forget city is going for the league while our goal is to get in the first 4!

When did i mention you specifically in that quote? You are one of the people who have said you wished Johnson had suffered a career threatening injury - i never said you were the only one

You continue to pay good money to yell at the players, that'll help them
