I can't post on this board anymore.
Did we not just have the talk about not being a *******?
I can't post on this board anymore.
Unless Scouse is planning to write a novel one day on how much he adores Kloppity Klopp ... No one actually gives a **** about the nuances of the English Languague
Can I write that purely how I speak?
Doing it in Scouse would explode his head.

The idea of people being snooty with the English language, the ******* child of half a dozen others that is probably the most mutable language in the whole world, is ridiculous. I mean seriously, even the OED have embraced that now. You're being more uptight and sneering than the ******* dictionary.
Why did you take such care with your post?
I always find it funny when people stop to 'confront' a forum grammar **** and put out their best English
It's like... My work here is done![]()
All my posts are this pretentious and wordy. I have to justify the money I paid for that degree somehow.
I care about your language and I've been on the beer since 12:30.
Sorry.
Why would you butcher your own language?
There is nothing beautiful about butchering a language.
My 2nd language, technically speaking......
I think you would be doing everybody a favour lolI can't post on this board anymore.
Take the current run of 2 draws and 2 defeats out of the equation and the two horrendous showings against Newcastle and Watford within that; read the above bolded aloud to yourself again and honestly try still stand to it.
Heck of a turnaround with 12 points in 9 games, Rodgers had 12 points in 8 games.
Klopp's team were brilliant in 2 games, Vs Chelsea and City. Apart from that all the game were boring and looked clueless (in the league)
Klopp has brought positivity to the fans and the European results have improved despite the performances still being average at best.
But as Sunilvk has pointed out the league form is no different. Now I am not expecting miracles overnight and it is in no way a dig at Klopp, but it goes to show how much hysteria some fans created over a few wins.
Newcastle and Watford could arguably be some of the worst performances of the season so far.
Again, it's nothing against Klopp, the man has hardly been here - but some expectations from fans have been ridiculous
But for anyone to deny the massive turnaround he's achieved in a lot of areas the bulk of his short time here is patently either not watching the games or just wants to nark from an outside club.
You seem absolutely fixated on the recent 4 game winless run. Which has encompassed two horrid complete non-performances against Newcastle and Watford so I get why they'd be fresh in the memory.
But prior to that, there'd been improvement in different facets game on game ,from what was put out before his arrival. Both in the way the team was playing, and in most all individual players. Yeah, we're and he is a long way from where we want to be. But for anyone to deny the massive turnaround he's achieved in a lot of areas the bulk of his short time here is patently either not watching the games or just wants to nark from an outside club.
Results are the main thing, but the performances even before this run were quite poor bar the City and Southampton games.
He has improved us, I am not arguing that, but I very much doubt he has to the extent you seem to think. A massive turnaround is a tad extreme considering he is only one point better off that Rodgers this season in the same amount of games.
I just think it's overall hyperbole with many of the fanbase. Before Klopp it was doom and gloom and now it is fantastic and a massive turnaround
I know exactly what you keep alluding to. You've been banging the Rodgers drum constantly (or at least thats whats continually come through as underlying with your posts) as much as you're happy with Klopp and need to let that go.
The first eleven games of the season we were going nowhere. The football was horrid and dire. The players weren't happy. Many being played out of position, in a team that changed formation constantly and had no pattern of play to speak of, with no confidence at all; playing mind mumblingly boring football that had us score more than once in a game ONCE. 11 goals those 11 games. With pathetically bad Cup displays that had us drawing the opening two Europa games with Bordeaux and Sion. And being outplayed, at home, by Carlisle friggng United the League Cup in a game we didn't deserve to win. 1 win in 9 games prior to his arrival.
Contrast that too the next 11. A belief and revitalisation put back in the players. Pressing football from the front of the pitch that eased the pressure on to that point a woeful defence. A defence that for the first time since Rafa, looked organised and coherent as not only a unit, but as a four. Something we NEVER figured out under the previous manager who's answer was to change formation multiple times or personnel. Now, we're settled with a 4 identity back there to build from and everyone knows where they stand. ****, even Lovren has looked a competent, solid centre half. 20 goals scored. 2 or more in a game 4 times. 7 wins out of 8. Europe turned on it's head to finish up topping a group as we should have that never looked like it prior to his arrival. And progress to the semi's of the League cup. Results that steadily improved with outstanding displays at Chelsea, Kazan, one of the most complete European away displays for MANY a year, all be it with just the one goal to show, City and Southampton thrown in for good measure.
I don't see how that can't be seen as anything but a massive turnaround both from what went before and when you put it in the context (something people rarely do when just throwing up hard, arbitary stats like a comparison of points between he and Rodgers) of a new manager coming in part way through a season, to a club who's players and most pertinently fan base were at complete rock bottom (you don't like to agree but trust me when I say the dejection and complete apathy match to match in the ground from the crowd was as low as it had been since Hodgson); and having only the players he inherited to pick back up and work with.
Not often at all a manager takes over during a year and has such a contrasting turnaround so quickly.
Has it all been outstanding football? Not at all. We knew the massive job he had on his hands taking over and the sub-standard level of some of what he has to work with. Along with having to completely turnaround what's been inbred in them about the way they play football the past year and more. But it has been changing,. If only in subtle differences in some games from either certain players improving. Or in performances and the way we now do things. We knew there was going to be massive downs along the way. What's happened since Southampton I don't know but Newcastle and Watford have been atrocious. West Brom not so much. We should have won that game but you can't legislate for continued individual errors that hit hard again yesterday at Watford.
This will turn again man. We're currently on a bad run. But the top four is nicely placed and if we (please dear Lord make it so) rectify the 'keeping position, and add maybe a centre half and/ or DM a step up from Lucas; we'll have a solid, constant base that can allow the attacking movement to flourish as it's flashed and promised along the way thus far.
