This is true. But then going away in Europe isn't so much about the football but the camaraderie of travelling with the same great friends you've done for years to some far flung foreign land. (Or a short hop to Germany in this case.). Indulging in great food and cold 'refreshments', whilst being entertained, and in many cases, entertaining the locals and often bumping into someone you least expected thousands of miles from home and connecting like Scousers do like you've never been apart. And this one, the football aside, was the best European away of the season so far slightly topping Bordeaux.

Here's looking forward to (hopefully) another one in two weeks and Fridays draw.
 
Liverpool fans are now seemingly rallying to make the club drop their prices even further. Is this also part of the owners' PR 'grand plan', or is it actual proof of their initial plans backfiring on them? You tell me.

Falling on death ears mate. People just know Liverpudlians.

Talking to Anna Thursday there's some real good ideas floating around for future action. (LOVING the amount of other supporters groups who'e been in contact and are up for joint actions.). And both talking to people and reading this morning yesterday's open meeting went real well and was very informative.

Funny, as regards the Union in particular, I was real skeptical when it was first floated. Then there was that very rushed, impromptu first meeting the Sandon and you came out with belief that strength in unity could make a serious difference. They way they've lead from the front on most issues since and gotten some major victories have more than put that initial skepticism to bed.

Hearing we've a friendly with you arranged in LA the end of July. Which at the minute would be a clash with the first qualifier for the Europa so it'll be kids in Europe.

As a reminder of what we've sadly missed this year, and what we have to greatly look forward to next and (hopefully) many more after; Marca have included Joe Gomez in their XI of best U'18 players in Europe who they tip to come to prominence the next few years.

Happy Braga got through last night. Porto is always a brilliant trip.
