Yeah I can Augs being eaten up by the atmosphere tonight.

Been trying to get rid of a viral infection in time for Wembley. Tonights game isn't going to help :S

Same here haha. Picked something up in Germany which I thought was flu the start the week. Knocked me on me **** like but coming out the other side. Shouldn't really be going tonight (nippy out) but it's Europe. And a German needs me lol.

Don't know if yers do progis, or if yer even want to pay the final price of one; but if yer do I'd get one the shop tonight. Get battered to **** if you got it Wembley Sunday.

Provided it's not a big hiking one you should be fine. Have a mate who works/ lives in Dubai and the Cardiff League Cup Final he literally went from the ground to the airport, so he had his **** in a medium sized back pack and had no trouble. So a small/ normal sized one should be sound. Probably have it searched but that's something and nothing.
 
Well we ended up making hard work of a tie we should of been comfortably out of sight in. (Man alive just HOW close was that free kick the death?). But we're through and that's ALL that counts.

Now to tomorrow dinner's draw .....

BRILLIANT tie's: Anderlecht, Braga (Porto), Bilbao, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Sevilla, Sparta Prague, Tottenham (Not brilliant per se but it'd be nice to save holidays and money), Valencia.

Sound tie's: Lazio (Be completely different to Roma. Lazio's knobs are right wing but the Urchins have ties to them and after what we've done to Roma they like us. Won't be constantly looking over your shoulder like you are with the Roma ******. Plus Rome's a fantastic City ..... If you're not playing Roma), Villarreal. (Looks a nice place just a pain to get to from probably Valencia.).

Ugh tie's: Donetsk (But at least no Visa), Fenerbahce. (Be nice to complete the set of Istanbul grounds but could do without the long trek.).

HORRIBLE tie's: Basle (Worst hoolie's in Europe. Putting even Zenit to shame which is saying something), Utd. Liverpool-Utd. Two midweeks. In Europe where it get's NO bigger. You do the math. Absolute carnage. IF we draw them, need the first leg there. Coming out the second leg in Manchester if we put them out I DON'T want to contemplate.

Three rounds from Basle boys and a 4th UEFA Cup. **** is getting SERIOUS again!

Goes right back to '84 when we did what no other side in the World probably could of done at the time and beat them in their own back yard in their European Cup final. The attacks after were so ferocious (that's a big part of where Heysel started 12 months later), Lazio fans were out on the streets of Rome protecting our boys. And they've absolutely hated us ever since as they've never gotten the better of us. 'The Red Death' as they so quaintly call us. (Totti, who was a ball boy that final the Olympico, openly detests us.). The 4th round game in 2001 on the way to the second treble was another real nasty one out there. Which lead to reprisals at Anfield from our knobs. Missed the Champions League group game a few years after but that was more of the same.

Rome is a gorgeous and brilliant City. But not so much when the football's on. I love Italy personally, but Roma, Napoli (Naples is an absolute shithole period before you even get to their shitbag fans); and naturally Turin when it comes to being a Liverpudlian are not good places to go watch the Mighty Reds.

*Edit* Should of added Lazio are a bunch of right wing facist twats too. And there was a **** load of trouble there again last night with Galatasaray. Just they're a far better option for us than Roma.

Prague or Valencia would be my top choice from a selfish trip POV. Prague is boss and cheap as chips. Anderlecht would be brilliant too. Particularly for our Belgim friends who support us so well.

One game ale at a time but three more rounds mate. If we ended his first season in Basle .....

Prague would be the easiest in my opinion but I wouldn't mind drawing Anderlecht purely for a chance to see how good Youri Tielemans is. FM wonderkid and we've been linked with him a few times
