That's why I'd want to give Mahrez another year before I jumped at the money being talked. Had a career season and the CLEAR player of the year for me. But it's his first top class season at 25. Either it's a one off or he's a VERY late bloomer.

I think given Mahrez's route to the top he is defo a late bloomer, but also he is having a mega purple patch where everything he does is just coming off. Every little flick or FIFA style assist is just coming off for him. It works out because of how Leicester play in enticing the opposition onto them and isolating the opponents backline and creating the space. He has been an absolute joy to watch but replicating it next season will be a tough tough ask,

Honestly do not think he will be at Leicester next season, think they may well sell him on, makes good business sense because whether he will have such a massive purple patch again is debatable. I would take the 40m-50m they could squeeze out of any deal and reinvest and try to make the side a top 7 mainstay.

Oh Flanno and Mingolet. Poor defending and 'keeping on that.

Keep working hard Reds. 90 minutes.

Wow...this escalated quickly...at 2-0 I was like...****, Liverpool are cruising

I do not know what just happened.

Well done Southampton. But oh dear Red Men. Should never of not won that. Shockingly bad collapse. From being in complete control to dying on our arses.

That shocking Benteke miss at 2-1 .....

Congratulations on the biggest collective ****-up of the season, that **** right there is pathetic. The defending was awful the whole half. Wave goodbye to top 4 with that performance, we needed those points to stand a chance.

Let's see what Utd do at City.

I officially declare the opening of banter season.

I'll start us off:

Liverpool have conceded as many goals in 40 minutes with Martin Skrtel in the team than their previous 795 minutes without him.
