Sorry Scouse but I dont have the same Love in for Hector as you do :D Good defensively but lacklustre going forward. Although he wasn't really troubled by Yarmalenko who was awful apart from one killer pass. He doesn't seem like a Klopp signing imo.

That goes without saying - The four of Lovren, Sakho, Matip and Gomez has already been said... Vermaelen was discussed if Klopp wants a 5th option who is perhaps a little more experienced

Think it would be pointless personally. Dont think the Club would waste wages on someone who cant even be relied on to play to provide cover. I know LFC have had some stupid transfers over the years but i doubt we can be stupid enough to sign vermaelan.

Wouldn't know but I do know we have one of the best Coaches in World football at finding and massively improving young talent so if he believes he fits that'll do for me.

Really liking Zielinski's attitude in openly jibbing Napoli and Champions League footie for the chance to come here too.

Yeah our coach opted for two defensive midfielders, probably for extra safety cause losing first game is always a major pain in the ***. Hopefully he features in other games. We don't really play a system that suits him, mind. We're playing 4-4-2, so CMs are there to provide safety first of all.

Not surprising, most casual fans can't appreciate a good ball distributor. Zielinski is not a second coming, but the kid certainly has talent. Comfortably two-footed, eye for a pass, decent dribble on him, he has everything to become a top player in a couple of years. Obviously you never know with someone so young though, for every Martial there's a 50 Bebes.

I was only half watching the Poland game because HOI4, but I did notice someone break from the DM a few times and go on a marauding run into the box. Who was that?

Either Mączyński or Krychowiak. I'm guessing Mączyński, since Krychowiak you'd recognize as he's buffed like 70s Russian weighlifter.

And yeah it's a biggest problem with our setup, we're set to play counter, but when we have to play possession it's dreadful...two midfield destroyers need to try and influence the attacking game, but since they can't pass for **** they bomb around taking long shots.

Would be terrible signing. He makes Sturridge looks as fit as Suarez.

If 'Kolo' type signings are needed why don't you guys just retain him rather than signing a player who hasn't played a lot in years and is very much error prone defender.

That and the (admittedly) highlights I've seen suggests he's a disciplined, tidy playmaker who keeps everything ticking over. Exactly what we need alongside Can in there. Wouldn't be surprised to see another one come in either. We're lacking in the middle. (Not in personnel but in disciplined, playmaking quality.).



Major boost (for the club. Sure he's personally disappointed like) overnight with Brazil crashing out of the Copa at the group stages. Go enjoy your well earned hols now Phil.

Another key player that isn't having his summer too disrupted and who should be back at the start of a mightily important pre-season.

Just caught up on the last few pages. My god, what is wrong with you all at the moment?! If it's not Sunil or Tezzz interrupting my holiday and going hammer and tongs (again), it's people getting upset because coutinho scored a good hat trick against an awful Haiti side. You all need some sun.

They went out???? Not caught up on Copa yet ******* ****, well at least Dunga should go now he is a ******* awful defensive minded coach. I know people go on about sponsors influencing team selection but I'm sure they don't tell him to pick some of the players he does and play the way he does. Will have to get on the blower to my Brazilian friends later and see whats the feeling in my home away from homes
