Yeah I agree it’s about having a squad mate. Just find it a bit odd with the WC coming up. Ekitike surely must be under the impression he’s going to be starting most of the games. I’m defo interested to see his it clicks for sure. Understandable to have a few teething problems

Bayern Munich reach total agreement with Liverpool to sign Luis Diaz. Deal for 28yo winger €75m + permission granted to travel for medical. Proposed 4+1yr contract at #FCBayern. Now ~£190m sales since Hughes became #LFC sporting director @TheAthleticFC

Ngl hes dad continously spouting into the media of him wanting his Son to play for Barca was annoying. However, he worked hard and gave it 100% every game unlike quite a few who have worn the shirt. He wanted a last pay day for which his profile of player around the world is usually paid and the club decided that it was not worth it given his age profile. Can't say he chased the money, and even if he did the guy is from dirt poverty and had to fight to get where he is as a late bloomer.
 
So 2 months ago thousands of fans sat in the North Stand at Hillsborough. Now it’s declared unsafe.

Nothing changes…Nothing ever ******* changes.

Wish him all the best was a great pro and definitely loved by the squad but like Mane getting moved to CF, Gakpo is the more efficient winger and clearly Slots first choice, Diaz position in the squad was being moved around. Still he had a great season and contributed to number 20.

Yeah good player but never really a settled role. Plus not needed anymore. Be interested to see if Slot tweaks his tactics if Isak comes in. Is Elliot still on the chopping block?
 
There’s no ‘if’ with Isak.

And the club would be quite happy for Harvey to stay. But fair play to him he wants to play regular football. Totally Elliott’s decision that.

Elliot I think whoever signs will be getting a Cole Palmer 2.0 situation. What I mean by that is a player whos ready to have a breakout. He is a whole lot better than most people think. And to quote Scouse Isak is a case of when not if. Just waiting for all the pieces to fall into place.
 
Now my turn to shine with some "info", not Joe Gomez related as you may be thinking but I spoke with someone who works in academys around London and is well versed in that world and he told me that Rio Ngumoha is one of the best he's seen in years and that Chelsea were rightfully miffed about us poaching him. The player he couldn't stop speaking about and watching him play, you can understand, is the Max Dowman kid, who we were also interested in. He told me that kid will be one of the best this country has produced, and you can kinda see why already, standing out on a pitch full of grown men at 15 is kinda unheard of.

Yeah, fits with what we’ve seen right from his first 18’s game. It’s been easy to understand why Chelsea banned us from all their Academy games and fought tooth and nail to keep Rio. And why they are pushing for a record tribunal fee.

A big reason why we won’t be like-for-like replacing Diaz. Arne believes in him now. Some 16-year-olds you just see and know they are destined for the very top.

Dont sleep on the Fofana kid at Lyon, who is begging to sign for us, and is another like Isak whom we are waiting for things to fall into place before moving for him.
