Hi all Im new to this forum and to Football Manager. I have played football all my life and have coached several youth club teams. I was wondering if anyone had ever taken a team such as Altrincham FC from the bottom to the top. I am currently in my preseason camp with Altrincham FC ad am wondering the best way to get these guys playing some real quality football. They seam to have a decent amount of raw talent but the coaching staff is not what id like to have but the board wont spend much money.
